教育互动发展联盟——城乡教育均衡发展的实践创新

【摘要】:推进城乡教育均衡发展是我国基础教育发展的首要任务,而从县域内推进城乡教育均衡发展提升到市域层面是大势所趋。成都市结合三圈层空间结构特点,提出城乡教育互动发展联盟实践模式。该模式将成都三个圈层20个区(市)县组成10对"一对一"的互动发展联盟体,通过跨区域学校结对,以多样化推进方式促进城乡学校共同发展。城乡教育互动发展联盟实现了优质教育资源在"全域成都"的统筹配置,有效促进了成都教育圈层融合和高位均衡发展。
[Abstract]:Promoting the balanced development of urban and rural education is the primary task of the development of basic education in our country, and it is the general trend to promote the balanced development of urban and rural education from the county level to the city level. According to the characteristics of three-circle spatial structure, Chengdu puts forward the practice mode of urban-rural education interactive development alliance. This model forms 10 pairs of "one-to-one" interactive development federations in 20 districts (cities) and counties in three circles of Chengdu, and promotes the common development of urban and rural schools through cross-regional school pairs and diversified ways of promoting the common development of urban and rural schools. The interactive development alliance of urban and rural education has realized the overall allocation of high quality educational resources in "Chengdu", which has effectively promoted the integration of educational circles and the balanced development of high levels of education in Chengdu.
