西安市小学校长的体育态度研究

【摘要】：小学生的健康成长一直都是社会各界关注的要点。因为小学生的大多数时间都是在学校中度过,他们唯一锻炼身体的机会就是在体育课中的“玩耍”,所以体育课的质量应该得到校级各领导的重视。在一所学校中,由校长领导的各级组织对学校的大小事务进行决策与管理,因此校长对学校体育工作的态度可以影响到学校体育工作的发展。经查阅相关研究发现,一些学者常常把校长的体育态度作为影响学校体育发展的关键因素,但他们并没有对校长的体育态度进行详细分析。本研究旨在了解西安市小学校长的真实体育态度及其影响因素,预期为学校体育发展进一点微薄之力。因此,本文通过对陕西省西安市21名普通小学和省市级重点小学校长的问卷调查,并且在访谈6名小学校长、10名体育教师和2名教育部门领导的基础上,结合实地调查与观察的方法,最终全面了解小学校长对学校体育教育的认识和态度,以及探究影响校长体育态度的主要因素。研究表明：1.小学校长对体育教育的态度是总体积极的。根据李克特五级评分法,本文依据校长的态度问卷调查结果,对校长体育态度的三个维度进行评分发现,校长对体育的认知水平最高、行为意向其次、情感水平最低,尽管校长的体育情感水平最低,但是仍高于理想状态下的中等水平2.5分,因此小学校长的体育态度总体是积极的。2.西安市小学校长重视学校体育表现在以下五个方面：个人体育锻炼、学校体育教师职后培训工作、课外体育活动气氛、学生体质健康的提高、体育经费的落实。3.西安市小学仍然存在两个问题,其一为西安市小学普遍缺乏体育教师的编制,其二为西安市小学专用体育活动场地较小。4.小学校长重视学校体育的六种原因分别为：要求校长具备良好的体育观念与行为的需要、正确处理体育意外伤害事件能力的需要、教育部门领导重视学校体育工作的需要、要求体育教师认真完成工作的需要、学生家长支持学校体育工作的需要、学校体育运动代表队提升学校知名度的需要。通过研究提出以下建议：1.继续加强国家对小学体育工作的支持。2.从校园足球入手,充分发挥校长在学校体育工作中的作用。3.继续加强校长对小学体育工作的支持。4.建议教师积极配合小学的体育工作。5.从家长做起,逐渐消除社会对学校体育的偏见。
[Abstract]:The healthy growth of primary school students has always been the focus of attention from all walks of life. Because pupils spend most of their time in school, their only chance to exercise is to play in physical education. Therefore, the quality of physical education should be taken seriously by the leaders at the school level. In a school, organizations at all levels led by the principal make decisions and manage the affairs of the schools. Therefore, the principal's attitude to school sports work can affect the development of school sports work. After consulting the relevant studies, some scholars often regard the principal's sports attitude as the key factor to affect the development of school sports. But they do not have a detailed analysis of the principal's attitude towards sports. This study aimed to understand the real sports attitude of the principal of Xi'an primary school and its influencing factors, and expected to make a small contribution to the development of school sports. Based on the questionnaire survey of 21 primary school principals and key primary school principals in Xi'an City of Shaanxi Province, this paper interviews 10 physical education teachers and 2 leaders of education departments of 6 primary school principals. Combined with the field investigation and observation methods, the final comprehensive understanding of primary school principals on the school physical education understanding and attitude. The study shows that the principal's attitude towards physical education is positive on the whole. According to the five grade scoring method of Likert, the study shows that the principal's attitude towards physical education is positive. Based on the questionnaire survey of principal's attitude, the author points out that the principal's cognition level is the highest, the behavior intention is the second, and the emotion level is the lowest. Although the principal has the lowest level of sports emotion, it is still higher than the average level of 2.5 points in the ideal state. Therefore, the general attitude of primary school principals is positive. 2. Xi'an primary school principals attach importance to school physical education performance in the following five aspects: personal physical training, school physical education teachers after the training work. Extracurricular sports activities atmosphere, the improvement of students' physical health, the implementation of sports funds .3. Xi'an primary schools still exist two problems, one is the general lack of physical education teachers in Xi'an primary schools. Second, Xi'an primary school sports activities dedicated to small. 4. primary school principals attach importance to school physical education six reasons: require principals to have good sports concept and behavior needs. To deal with the need of the ability of sports accident injury correctly, the leaders of the education department attach importance to the needs of school physical education work, and require the physical education teachers to finish the work seriously, and the parents of students to support the needs of the school physical education work. School sports team need to enhance the popularity of the school. Through the study put forward the following suggestions: 1.continue to strengthen the state support for primary school sports work. 2. Start with campus football. Give full play to the role of the principal in the school physical education work .3.continue to strengthen the principal's support for primary school physical education. 4. Suggest that teachers actively cooperate with the primary school sports work .5. start from the parents. Gradually eliminate social prejudice against school sports.
