小学校长教学领导力形成与发展的个案研究

【摘要】：随着基础教育课程改革的不断深入和校长职级制的实施,对校长的教学领导水平提出了更高的要求,校长教学领导力成为研究的热点。本研究通过梳理相关文献,厘清了“领导力”、“校长领导力”、和“校长教学领导力”的概念。随后运用质性研究的个案法和访谈法,选取了三位小学校长作为研究对象,分析了案例校长教学领导力形成与发展过程、面临困难和解决措施以及影响其教学领导力的因素。总结提炼出小学校长教学领导力形成与发展经过准备期、萌芽期、形成期、成熟期及其影响因素。同时,分析出影响校长教学领导力从职前到教师、从教师到管理者、从管理者到校长的转变因素。提出“四力”是影响教学领导力形成与发展的共性因素:学习力起到智力保障作用;研究力起到关键支撑作用;反思力起到调整矫正作用;沟通力起到润滑助推作用。最后提出认识自己,修炼“四力”,注重实践,关注学生,确立理念,研究课题是校长教学领导力形成与发展的内部策略。学校培养、专家引领、行政支持是外部支持策略。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of the basic education curriculum reform and the implementation of the headmasters' rank system, higher requirements have been put forward to the principals' teaching leadership level. Through combing the relevant literature, this study clarifies the "leadership" and "principal leadership". And the concept of "principal teaching leadership". Then using qualitative research case method and interview method, selected three primary school principals as the research object, analyzed the case principal teaching leadership formation and development process. Facing difficulties and solving measures as well as influencing factors of teaching leadership. Summarize and extract the formation and development of primary school principals' teaching leadership through preparation period, budding period, forming period, mature period and its influencing factors. At the same time. Analysis of the influence of principals' teaching leadership from pre-service to teachers, from teachers to managers. The paper points out that "four forces" are the common factors that affect the formation and development of teaching leadership: learning ability plays an intellectual role; Research power plays a key role in supporting; Introspection plays the role of adjustment and correction; The communication ability plays the role of lubricating and promoting. Finally, the author puts forward to know himself, practice, pay attention to the students and establish the idea. The research topic is the internal strategy of the formation and development of the principal's teaching leadership, the training of school, the guidance of experts, and the support of administration is the strategy of external support.
