今天的笔算教学应特别关注什么——以“小数乘法和除法”的教学为例

【摘要】：正课标修订稿(以下简称"课标")把发展学生的运算能力作为核心概念之一重又提了出来,指出,运算能力主要是指根据法则和运算律正确地进行运算的能力。培养运算能力有助于学生理解运算的算理,寻求合理简洁的运算途径解决问题。在新的教育背景下,在计算器已经普及的今天,笔算教学应特别关注什么呢?现结合"小数乘法和除法"的教学,谈谈笔者的一些想法和做法。一、关注自主探究课标重视学生主体作用的发挥,注重学习方式
