小学生课堂安全感的现状与对策研究

【摘要】:课堂安全感是所有学生与生俱来的一种内心需要,它不会随着客观环境或授课教师的更换而改变,课堂安全感在小学生当中也是一种普遍性的心理需求。创建有安全感的小学课堂,对小学生的学习和品德发展都具有深远的意义。一方面,创建有安全感的小学课堂,营造健康、积极向上的课堂心理氛围,有利于促进小学生的学习效率,并且能够促使小学生大脑皮层处于活跃的健康状态,有利于小学生的智力开发。另一方面,创建有安全感的小学课堂,有利于小学生良好性格和健全人格的形成,有利于小学生个体健康的自我形象的树立。本文通过阅读已有的关于课堂安全感的研究内容,并对已有的安全感相关研究文献进行了简要的综述。然后,对小学生课堂安全感的理论知识进行分析,界定了课堂心理安全感的概念。在此基础上,使用开放式问卷对小学生课堂安全感进行问卷调查。通过开放式问卷归纳的数据,和借鉴已有的安全感调查问卷,初步构想和编制了本研究中的小学生课堂安全感初试问卷的理论维度和题目。最后,经过对小学生的进行测试后,得到的数据分析以及相关专业的指导,最终才确定正式测试的问卷题目和维度。之后,运用问卷调查法和访谈法对莆田市两所小学的学生课堂安全感的情况进行量和质的分析。本研究一方面,补充了小学生课堂安全感的理论结构,丰富了课堂安全感的实证研究;另一方面,小学生课堂安全感属于小学生学习心理领域,对研究小学生课堂安全感,也丰富了小学教学理论,促进小学生产生积极的学习心理和态度,提高小学生学习有效性和形成健全的人格具有重要意义。
[Abstract]:The sense of security in the classroom is an inherent need of all students. It does not change with the change of objective environment or teachers. Classroom security is also a universal psychological need among primary school students. Creating a secure primary school classroom is of far-reaching significance to pupils' learning and moral development. On the one hand, it is necessary to create a secure primary school classroom. To create a healthy and positive classroom psychological atmosphere is conducive to promoting the learning efficiency of primary school students, and can promote the pupils' cerebral cortex to be active and healthy. On the other hand, it is beneficial to the development of pupils' intelligence. The creation of a secure primary school classroom is conducive to the formation of a good personality and a sound personality of pupils, and to the establishment of a healthy self-image of the pupils. Then, the theoretical knowledge of classroom security of primary school students is analyzed, and the concept of classroom psychological security is defined. Using the open questionnaire to survey the classroom security of primary school students. Through the data summarized by the open questionnaire, and drawing lessons from the existing sense of security questionnaire, The theoretical dimensions and topics of the primary school students' first test questionnaire for classroom security were preliminarily conceived and compiled. Finally, after the primary school students were tested, the data analysis and the guidance of the relevant majors were obtained. Finally, the questionnaire title and dimensions of the formal test were determined. After that, the questionnaire method and interview method were used to analyze the students' classroom security in Putian City in quantity and quality. On the one hand, It complements the theoretical structure of classroom security of primary school students and enriches the empirical study of classroom security. On the other hand, the sense of classroom security of primary school students belongs to the learning psychological field of pupils. It also enriches the primary school teaching theory, promotes the pupils to produce positive learning psychology and attitude, improves the pupils' learning effectiveness and forms a sound personality.
