洛阳市农村小学体育教学现状研究

【摘要】:体育教育在学校教育工作中占有独特而又重要的地位,体育教育不仅能够很好地帮助学生进行科学的体育锻炼,而且对学生能拥有健康的体魄、顽强的品质,起着不可替代的作用,同时还能为国家储备优秀的人才打下基础。学校体育锻炼在提高学生身体素质的同时,也潜移默化地培育学生的意志品质,不断地强大学生的内心,使学生具备努力进取、不屈不挠的拼搏精神。体育也因此成为一个人在求学过程中不可缺少的必修学科,也是学校教育工作的着重点。小学教学是学生以后各阶段学校教学的基石,因此,它不仅关系到学生个人前途与命运,还关系到国家和民族未来的基本素质,它既是“树百年大计之基础”,又是关系到社会进步与民族兴衰的重要问题。无论是对于学校学科教育,还是对于学生生命个体成长发育而言,小学体育教育都是不可忽视的。通过问卷调查法,对洛阳市部分农村小学进行抽样调查,对其体育教学物质条件、师资队伍、课程开展情况等数据进行分析,并通过半年的支教经历深入地了解洛阳市农村小学体育教学现状存在的问题,在学校教育中,体育也是被应试化的,表现在:小学升初中,学生没有体育加试,在升学过程中体育不占分值,这样就导致在小学时期,从家长到教师都不会重视体育方面的培养。而洛阳市初中升高中,体育在升学过程中占有60分的分值,并计入总成绩,河南省其他地区均为50分,这就导致小学忽视体育,初中恶补体育的状况。另根据研究发现:1.洛阳市农村小学体育课开展情况较好,但在开展课时、正常开课、课设项方面欠缺。2.缺乏专职体育教师,体育教师兼职数量过大,教师总体学历层次较低,福利待遇方面欠佳,教师对体育的认识不足。3.学生极大部分都喜欢上体育课,积极参加体育活动,仅有少部分学生不喜欢上体育课,但大多数学生并没有正确认识到体育课的含义,缺乏锻炼身体的意识,学生在体育课中的最大收获不是锻炼身体,学到体育健康知识与技能,而是愉悦身心、降低疲劳。4.洛阳市农村小学拥有一定体育教学所需的场地、设施和器材,但在质量和数量上不足,不能很好的满足体育教学的需求。根据调查结果,洛阳市农村小学体育教学形式并不乐观,本研究根据对洛阳市农村小学体育教学现状进行调查与分析,并提出以下建议:1.洛阳市农村小学体育教师应加大自身对专业技能与理论的学习,正确认识体育。2.教体局加大普及体育教材,加强与教师之间的交流,时刻关注农村小学体育教学。3.学校加强对教师、学生、物力资源的管理和保障。4.社会相关部门加大对农村小学体育教学的资源投入。5.学校之间开展优质课的比赛,激励体育教师的工作热情。
[Abstract]:Physical education plays a unique and important role in the work of school education. Physical education can not only help students carry out scientific physical exercise, but also have healthy physique and tenacious quality for students. It plays an irreplaceable role, and at the same time it can lay the foundation for the country to reserve outstanding talents. While improving the students' physical quality, school physical exercise also imperceptibly cultivates the students' will quality and constantly strengthens the students' hearts. So that students have the spirit of hard work, perseverance, physical education has become an indispensable subject in the process of study, It is also the focus of school education. Primary school teaching is the cornerstone of every stage of school teaching for students. Therefore, it is not only related to the future and destiny of students, but also to the basic qualities of the country and nation in the future. It is not only the foundation of a hundred years plan, but also an important issue related to social progress and the rise and fall of the nation. It is not only for the school subject education, but also for the individual growth and development of the student's life. Physical education in primary schools is not to be ignored. By means of questionnaire survey, sampling investigation is carried out in some rural primary schools in Luoyang, and the data of physical condition of physical education, teaching staff, curriculum development and so on are analyzed. And through six months of teaching experience to understand the existing problems of physical education teaching in rural primary schools in Luoyang City, in school education, physical education is also examination-oriented, manifested in: primary school to junior high school, students have no physical education test, In the process of entering school, physical education does not account for the score, which leads to the fact that during the primary school period, neither parents nor teachers pay much attention to the cultivation of physical education. In Luoyang City, the junior middle school and senior high school, physical education has a score of 60 points in the process of entering the school, and counts the total score into the total score. Other areas in Henan Province are 50 points, which leads primary schools to ignore physical education, and junior high schools to supplement sports. According to the study, it is also found that the physical education classes in rural primary schools in Luoyang are better developed, but classes are opened normally during the class hours. Lack of PE teachers, the number of part-time PE teachers is too large, the overall educational level of teachers is low, the welfare pay is poor, the teachers' understanding of physical education is not enough .3. the majority of students like to take physical education. Active participation in sports activities, only a small number of students do not like to take physical education, but most students do not correctly understand the meaning of physical education, lack of physical exercise awareness, students in physical education in the biggest gain is not physical exercise, Learning sports health knowledge and skills, but pleasure in body and mind, reducing fatigue. 4. The rural primary school in Luoyang city has some venues, facilities and equipment needed for physical education, but it is insufficient in quality and quantity. According to the investigation results, the form of physical education teaching in rural primary schools in Luoyang City is not optimistic. This study is based on the investigation and analysis of the present situation of physical education teaching in rural primary schools in Luoyang City. The following suggestions are put forward as follows: 1.The PE teachers in rural primary schools in Luoyang should increase their own study of professional skills and theories, and correctly understand PE .2. the Bureau of Teaching and Sports should increase the popularization of physical education textbooks and strengthen the communication with teachers. Pay close attention to physical Education Teaching in Rural Primary Schools at all times. The schools should strengthen the management and protection of teachers, students and material resources. 4. The social departments should increase the input of resources to the physical education teaching in rural primary schools. Encourage the work enthusiasm of PE teachers.
