大理市海东镇农村小学阳光体育活动实施情况调查研究

【摘要】:身体是人们参与现代社会打拼的资本,参加体育锻炼是保持健康的基础。健康关系到青少年成长成才。“阳光体育活动”就是国家为了改善青少年体质健康水平的重大举措之一。自2006年底正式实施以来,对促进学生的身心健康起到了巨大的作用。尽管全国各地大、中、小学校结合自己实际不断探索实施阳光体育活动,但由于实施时间短、理论研究不足,在很多地区,特别是边疆少数民族经济欠发达地区,阳光体育活动的实施存在问题,每年举行的国家学生体质健康测试结果令人担忧。海东镇地处白族聚居地,经济发展相对缓慢,教育观念、健康意识落后,自然条件和师资力量等原因,使得阳光体育活动很难在校园里有效、长久地开展。笔者主要采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法、数理统计等方法,抽取分管体育的领导、体育教师9名和四年级学生150名为调查的对象,对大理市海东镇农村小学阳光体育活动的实施情况进行调查研究,探讨在阳光体育活动实施过程中所存在的主要问题,得出结论,并提出解决问题的各种建议。目的是让大课间活动在我们观念意识落后的白族村镇继续开展奠定基础。本研究得出以下结论:1.开展阳光体育活动认知度较低:13所学校有88.66%的学生、93.33%的体育教师、66.67%的学校领导支持活动的开展。舆论宣传方式、师生了解活动的途径单一。2.难以实现活动开展的目标:锻炼时间得不到保障,场地设施不能满足学生的需求,《国家学生体质健康标准》测试结果优秀比例较低。3.间操、眼保健操、课外体育活动、体育课开展的现状令人担忧:仅有76.67%的学校经常做课间操和眼保健操,仅有33.33%的学校每年举办体育竞赛活动,40%的学校育课没有被挤占现象。4.开展阳光体育活动管理机构不完善,制度不健全:46.67%的学校未成立组织领导机构,60%的学校没有制度保障建设。5.影响大理市海东镇13所小学阳光体育活动开展的因素有:师生的认知度,父母、家人的态度,校园体育文化氛围,师资力量,时间因素,安全隐患,规章制度的落实和执行状况,体育经费的投入等。6.教育行政部门和各级各类学校领导对阳光体育活动的可持续发展重视程度不够。基于以上结论,提出以下几点建议:1.转变教育思想,完善课程观念。2.引进“智慧”教师,强化师资力量。3.加强舆论宣传,营造浓厚氛围。4.加强监督力度,改革考核机制。5.加大经费投入,整合体育资源。
[Abstract]:The body is the capital that people take part in modern society, Participation in physical exercise is the basis for keeping healthy. Health is related to the growth of young people. "Sunshine Sports" is one of the major measures taken by the state to improve the physical health of young people. Since end of 2006, it has been formally implemented. It has played a great role in promoting the physical and mental health of students. Although large, middle and primary schools throughout the country have been exploring and implementing sunshine sports activities in combination with their own reality, because of the short implementation time and insufficient theoretical research, they have been in many areas. Especially in the economically underdeveloped areas of ethnic minorities in the frontier areas, there are problems in the implementation of sunshine sports activities, and the results of the national students' physical health tests held every year are worrying. Haidong Town is located in the area inhabited by the Bai ethnic group, and its economic development is relatively slow. Education concept, backward health consciousness, natural conditions and teachers' strength make it very difficult to carry out the activities of sunshine sports in the campus effectively and for a long time. The author mainly adopts the methods of literature, questionnaire, interview, etc. With the methods of mathematical statistics and so on, the leaders in charge of physical education, 9 PE teachers and 150 fourth grade students were selected as the objects of investigation, and the implementation of sunshine sports activities in rural primary schools in Haidong Town, Dali City, was investigated and studied. This paper discusses the main problems existing in the implementation of sunshine sports activities, and draws a conclusion. And put forward various suggestions to solve the problem. The purpose of this study is to continue to lay the foundation for the large class activities in Bai nationality villages and towns where our concept is backward. This study draws the following conclusions: 1. The awareness of developing sunshine sports activities is low: 13. There are 88.66% students in the school, 93.33% of the PE teachers or 66.67% of the school leaders support the development of activities. 2. It is difficult for teachers and students to realize the goal of activity: the time of exercise is not guaranteed, the facilities can not meet the needs of the students, and the excellent proportion of the test results of the National Standards of physical Health of students is low. The current situation of eye exercises, extracurricular sports activities, and physical education classes is worrying: only 76.67% schools do regular exercises during recess and eye exercises. Only 33.33% schools hold sports competitions every year. 40% of the schools have not been crowded out. 4. The management organization for carrying out sunshine sports activities is not perfect. The system is not perfect. 46.67% of the schools have not set up a leading organization. 60% of the schools do not have a system to guarantee the construction of .5.The factors that affect the development of sunshine sports activities in 13 primary schools in Haidong Town, Dali City, are: the recognition of teachers and students, the attitude of parents and family members. Campus sports culture atmosphere, teachers, time factors, safety risks, implementation and implementation of rules and regulations, Education administrative departments and school leaders at all levels and all kinds of schools pay less attention to the sustainable development of sunshine sports activities. Based on the above conclusions, the following suggestions are put forward: 1. Perfect curriculum concept .2.Introduction of "wisdom" teachers, strengthening teachers' strength .3.Strengthening public opinion propaganda, creating strong atmosphere .4.Strengthening supervision, reforming examination mechanism .5. increasing investment of funds and integrating sports resources.
