基于电子书包的小学英语理解性教学实验研究

【摘要】:改革开放以来,我国的英语教育事业不断地推进,然而英语教育的现状与时代要求还存在着差距。当前的小学英语课程在教学中过多地采用机械化的训练方式背诵和记忆所学内容,忽视了学生内在对语言的理解,同时脱离情境的教学,也进一步导致了学生难以在理解的基础上在真实的情境中实现语言的迁移运用。随着信息技术与课程整合热潮的涌现,电子书包已经成为教育发展和改革的强大动力,电子书包丰富的软硬件功能能够为小学英语课堂提供以学生为中心与情境化语言学习的平台。然而在电子书包的实际使用中却由于教学理念和方法的陈旧,阻碍了其新教学媒体优越性的发挥。近年来,全球掀起了理解性教学的思潮,把“促进理解”作为教学的核心价值。理解性教学能够转变教学观念和教学方法,为电子书包的课堂应用提供理论性的支撑,同时帮助小学英语教学从“机械”走向“理解”。本研究针对小学英语教学现状与电子书包课堂应用存在的问题,结合理解性教学的理念,根据实验研究法的原则和步骤,结合定性和定量研究方法,开展基于电子书包的小学英语理解性教学实验研究。在理论方面,根据威金斯的促进理解的逆向设计和陈明选教授提出的理解性教学设计模式,设计了基于电子书包的小学英语理解性教学设计策略;在实验方面,为了验证该策略的可行性和有效性设计了实验方案,选取实验班和对照班开展实验研究。通过实验研究可知,基于电子书包的小学英语理解性教学策略:在兴趣与动机方面,该策略能够提高学生的英语学习兴趣、转变机械化的教学方式、激发理解的欲望;在语言理解方面,该策略帮助学生通过联结新旧语言知识,内化新知,促进知识理解达到更高的层级,并实现在不同的情境中灵活迁移运用;在教师层面,实验教师通过将理解性教学的观念与小学英语和电子书包相结合,转变了教学观念,调整了英语课程教学方式,认识到电子书包的课堂应用价值,将电子书包与新的教学理念结合,提升了教学的深度和广度。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, the cause of English education in China has been continuously promoted. However, there is still a gap between the present situation of English education and the requirements of the times. In the present primary school English curriculum, the mechanized training is used to recite and memorize what has been learned, thus neglecting the students' internal understanding of the language. At the same time, teaching out of context also leads to the difficulty for students to realize language transfer and use in real situations on the basis of understanding. With the emergence of information technology and curriculum integration upsurge, Electronic schoolbags have become a powerful driving force in the development and reform of education. The rich software and hardware functions of electronic schoolbags can provide a student-centered and situational language learning platform for primary school English classrooms. However, in the practical use of electronic schoolbags, due to the outdated teaching concepts and methods, In recent years, the trend of thought of understanding teaching has been raised all over the world, which regards "promoting understanding" as the core value of teaching. Understanding teaching can change teaching ideas and teaching methods. It provides theoretical support for the classroom application of electronic schoolbags and helps primary school English teaching from "machinery" to "understanding". This study aims at the present situation of English teaching in primary schools and the problems existing in the application of electronic schoolbags. Combined with the concept of understanding teaching, according to the principles and steps of experimental research method, combining qualitative and quantitative research methods, the experimental research on the understanding teaching of primary school English based on electronic schoolbag is carried out. According to Wiggins's reverse design to promote understanding and the understanding teaching design mode proposed by Professor Chen Mingxuan, this paper designs the design strategy of primary English comprehension teaching based on electronic schoolbag. In order to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the strategy, the experimental scheme was designed, and the experimental study was carried out in the experimental class and the control class. Through the experimental study, we can see that the primary school English comprehension teaching strategy based on electronic schoolbag: interest and motivation. The strategy can improve students' interest in English learning, change mechanized teaching methods and stimulate the desire of understanding. In language understanding, it helps students internalize new knowledge by connecting new and old language knowledge. Promoting knowledge understanding to a higher level and achieving flexible transfer and application in different contexts; at the teacher level, experimental teachers have transformed teaching concepts by combining the concept of understanding teaching with primary school English and electronic schoolbags. This paper adjusts the teaching method of English course, realizes the application value of electronic schoolbag in classroom, combines the electronic schoolbag with the new teaching idea, and promotes the depth and breadth of teaching.
