保定市前卫路小学学生劳动教育研究

【摘要】：20世纪80年代以来,随着计划生育政策的实施,独生子女已经成为中国家庭、学校和社会的重要组成部分,其人口数量的庞杂性和人口质量的层次性业已滋生诸多的教育问题,特别是近年来生活条件的改善以及教育理念的更新,很多人对孩子劳动教育的忽视极大地阻碍了素质教育的发展进度。因此,重新审视劳动教育在塑造人的德、智、体、美全面发展过程中的重要作用,并且分析劳动教育在培养小学生生活自理能力、动手能力、创造能力等方面的独特优势,不仅有利于小学生个人的健康成长,也有利于学校、家庭和社会共同关注、共同关心小学生的劳动教育问题,帮助他们形成正确的劳动观念、劳动态度和劳动行为,从而促进社会的和谐发展。本文采用文献分析法、问卷调查法和访谈法,以理论联系实际为基本准则,对保定市前卫路小学开展学生劳动教育进行了细致的调研和分析。针对当前城市小学劳动教育不容乐观的现状,从社会、教育部门、家庭、个人四个方面来介绍该校开展劳动教育的原因。在此基础上,详细分析了该校开展劳动教育的措施以及效果:确立重视劳动教育的理念,将劳动课列入课程设置,在道德课和文化课教学中渗透劳动教育,在班队活动中融入劳动教育,争取家校配合,从而培养学生形成正确的劳动观念,养成良好的劳动习惯。最后提出了该校开展劳动教育的启示:加强小学劳动教育,要健全小学生劳动教育保障体系,建立劳动教育评价、激励和监督机制,在学校日常管理中强化劳动教育,引导家庭对学生劳动实践的监督实施,加强学校、家庭、社区合作。
[Abstract]:Since the 1980s, with the implementation of the family planning policy, the one-child has become an important part of Chinese families, schools and society. Especially in recent years, with the improvement of living conditions and the renewal of educational concepts, the neglect of children's labor education has greatly hindered the development of quality-oriented education. The important role of the United States in the process of all-round development, and the analysis of the unique advantages of labor education in cultivating pupils' self-care ability, hands-on ability, creative ability, etc., are not only conducive to the healthy growth of pupils, but also conducive to the school. The family and society pay close attention to the elementary school students' labor education together, help them to form the correct labor concept, attitude and behavior, thus promote the harmonious development of the society. With the basic criterion of combining theory with practice, this paper makes a detailed investigation and analysis on the development of student labor education in Qianwei Road Primary School in Baoding City. In view of the current situation of labor education in primary schools in the city, this paper analyzes the current situation of labor education in primary schools in Baoding City, from the point of view of the society, On the basis of this, the author analyzes in detail the measures and effects of the work education carried out in the school: establishing the concept of attaching importance to labor education, Include the labor course in the curriculum, infiltrate the labor education in the moral class and culture course teaching, integrate the labor education in the class team activity, strive for the cooperation of the home and school, thus train the students to form the correct labor idea. Finally, the author puts forward the enlightenment of developing labor education in this school: strengthening primary school labor education, perfecting primary school students' labor education security system, establishing labor education evaluation, encouraging and supervising mechanism. In the daily management of the school, we should strengthen the labor education, guide the family to supervise and implement the students' labor practice, and strengthen the cooperation among the school, the family and the community.
