软式排球、飞镖运动对学龄期儿童注意力影响的实验研究

【摘要】:注意力的研究一直以来被认为是心理学相关研究中最热门的研究课题之一,注意力是指心理活动对某一特定对象的指向和集中能力。学龄期指6岁进入小学起至12岁步入青春期这一阶段,相当于小学阶段,学生在该阶段身体和心理快速发展,是注意力发展最为快速的阶段。相关的研究已经证实,注意能力的高低与学生学业成绩成正相关,而且体育运动能够有效的促进注意力水平的提高,因此,在注意力发展最为快速的学龄期阶段,探究体育运动对学龄期儿童注意力的影响显得尤为重要。目前我国关于体育运动对注意力影响的研究,主要集中在对专业运动员注意力的培养以及注意力障碍患者注意力干预上,对学龄期儿童注意力的相关研究比较匮乏。本研究尝试将软式排球运动和飞镖运动与学龄期儿童注意力相结合,以探讨软式排球运动以及飞镖运动对学龄期儿童注意力的影响。本研究采用文献资料法、实验法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法、心理测量法,以软式排球运动、飞镖运动为练习手段。实验过程由前测、训练、后测三部分组成,实验分组由两个实验组和一个对照组构成,实验时间为期四个月,实验对象选取小学三年级学生,实验数据采用殷恒婵学者研发的注意力测试量表,运用统计软件SPSS23.0对实验前后相关数据进行分析,得出以下结论:1、软式排球运动与飞镖运动对学龄期儿童注意力分配均没有显著性影响。2、飞镖运动对学龄期儿童注意力广度不存在显著性影响。软式排球运动对学龄期儿童注意力广度维度有显著的提升作用,而且软式排球运动对学龄期儿童注意力广度的影响不存在性别差异。3、软式排球运动与飞镖运动对学龄期儿童注意力稳定性都具有显著提升的作用,飞镖运动对学龄期儿童注意力稳定性的提升效果显著高于软式排球运动。软式排球运动与飞镖运动对学龄期儿童注意力稳定的影响不存在性别差异。4、软式排球运动与飞镖运动对学龄期儿童注意力转移维度均具有显著的提升作用,软式排球运动与飞镖运动对学龄期儿童注意力转移的影响效果不存在显著性差异,软式排球运动与飞镖运动对学龄期儿童注意力转移的影响不存在性别的差异。
[Abstract]:The study of attention has long been regarded as one of the hottest research topics in psychology. Attention refers to the ability of psychological activity to direct and concentrate on a particular object. The school-age period refers to the period from the age of 6 to the age of 12, which is equivalent to the stage of primary school, in which the students develop rapidly, both physically and psychologically. It is the fastest stage of attention development. Relevant studies have proved that attention ability is positively related to students' academic achievement, and sports can effectively promote the improvement of attention level. It is very important to explore the influence of sports on the attention of school-age children in the school age, which is the fastest stage of attention development. It mainly focuses on the training of professional athletes' attention and the attention intervention of patients with attention disorder. This study attempts to combine soft volleyball and darts with the attention of school-age children. In order to explore the influence of soft volleyball and darts on the attention of school-age children, this study adopts the methods of literature, experiment, mathematical statistics, logic analysis, psychological measurement and soft volleyball. The experiment process consists of three parts: pre-test, training and post-test. The experimental group consists of two experimental groups and one control group. The experimental time is four months. The experimental data were measured by the attention test scale developed by Yin Heng-sien, and the relevant data before and after the experiment were analyzed by using the statistical software SPSS23.0. The following conclusions are drawn: (1) soft volleyball and darts have no significant influence on the attention distribution of school-age children, but darts have no significant effect on the attention span of school-age children. Age children's attention span dimension has a significant role in enhancing, The influence of soft volleyball on attention span of school-age children has no gender difference. Soft volleyball and darts play a significant role in improving attention stability of school-age children. The effect of darts on attention stability of school-age children was significantly higher than that of soft volleyball. There was no gender difference between soft volleyball and dart on attention stability of school-age children. Both exercise and darts can significantly improve the attention transfer dimension of school-age children. There was no significant difference in the effect of soft volleyball and darts on the attention transfer of school-age children, and there was no gender difference between soft volleyball and darts on the attention transfer of school-age children.
