山东省聊城市莘县农村小学音乐教育现状研究

【摘要】：文章以莘县农村小学的音乐教育现状为研究对象,选取莘县不同地区的十所农村小学作为研究样本,首先扼要阐述了课题的选题缘由、研究意义、研究内容、研究方法。继而从学校、音乐教师、学生等不同层面对莘县农村小学的音乐教育现状进行深入细致的分析,重点研究学校对音乐课程的重视程度、学校音乐教学的基本条件、音乐教师的基本情况和教学能力、学生对音乐课程的兴趣和基本音乐素质。并在此基础上指出莘县农村小学音乐教育存在的音乐教学基本条件亟待改善、音乐教师专业素养急需提升、音乐教学模式相对落后等突出问题。同时,结合莘县农村小学的实际情况,对如何提升莘县农村小学音乐教育质量这一命题进行了全面深入的思考,提出了完善学校教育质量评价体制、多渠道加强师资力量建设、推动城乡小学之间的音乐文化交流、丰富音乐课外活动的内容与形式等具体策略。研究莘县农村小学音乐教育现状,既能为教育决策者和研究人员提供关于莘县农村小学音乐教育现状的参考资料,又有助于为解决莘县农村小学音乐教育存在的问题提供切实可行的对策。同时亦可以点带面,探索提升农村小学音乐教育质量的策略,丰富农村小学音乐教育的研究成果,为农村小学音乐教育发展的研究贡献绵薄之力。
[Abstract]:This paper takes the present situation of music education in Xinxian rural primary school as the research object, and selects ten rural primary schools in different areas of Xinxian County as the research sample. Firstly, it briefly expounds the reason, significance, research content and research method of the subject.Then from the school, the music teacher, the student and so on different stratification carries on the thorough careful analysis to the Xinxian countryside elementary school music education present situation, emphatically studies the school to the music curriculum value degree, the school music teaching basic condition,Music teacher's basic situation and teaching ability, students' interest in music course and basic music quality.On this basis, this paper points out that the basic conditions of music teaching in primary schools in Xinxian are in urgent need of improvement, the professional qualities of music teachers are in urgent need of upgrading, and the music teaching mode is relatively backward, and so on.At the same time, according to the actual situation of the rural primary schools in Xinxian County, this paper makes a thorough thinking on the proposition of how to improve the quality of music education in the rural primary schools in Xinxian County, and puts forward the idea of perfecting the evaluation system of the quality of school education and strengthening the construction of teachers' strength through many channels.Promote the exchange of music culture between urban and rural primary schools, enrich the content and form of extracurricular music activities and other specific strategies.The study on the present situation of music education in rural primary schools in Xinxian County can not only provide reference materials for educational decision makers and researchers on the present situation of music education in rural primary schools in Xinxian County,It is also helpful to solve the problems of music education in rural primary schools in Xinxian County.At the same time, it can also explore the strategies to improve the quality of music education in rural primary schools, enrich the research results of music education in rural primary schools, and contribute little to the research of the development of music education in rural primary schools.
