初等教育专业师范生教学技能现状透视及对策构想——基于福建省三所师范院校的问卷调查

【摘要】：针对初等教育专业师范生的教学技能,对福建省的三所师范院校进行调研分析。从教学设计、教学实施、教学反思三个维度为出发点设计问卷,调查当前初等教育专业师范生教学技能的现状,从学校层面提出初等教育专业师范生教学技能提升的对策:转变观念,正确认识师范生教学技能;结合课改,创新师范院校课程内容;革新教法,加强师范生教学技能培养;优化师资,强化师范生教学技能;加强管理,重视师范生见习实习。
[Abstract]:According to the teaching skills of normal students majoring in primary education, the investigation and analysis of three normal colleges in Fujian Province are carried out.Based on the three dimensions of teaching design, teaching implementation and teaching reflection, a questionnaire is designed to investigate the current situation of teaching skills of normal college students majoring in primary education.From the school level, this paper puts forward the countermeasures of improving the teaching skills of the students majoring in primary education: changing ideas, correctly understanding the teaching skills of normal students, innovating the curriculum contents of normal colleges and universities, innovating teaching methods, strengthening the cultivation of teaching skills of normal college students;Optimize teachers, strengthen teaching skills of normal students, strengthen management and attach importance to the practice of students in normal schools.
