【摘要】:领导力是人类面对日新月异的社会变迁、前所未有的机遇与挑战、不断超越的个体发展所必须具备的核心素养。领导力的后天形成性为广大教育工作者留下了巨大的发挥空间,学生领导力的概念也由此进入了教育研究者的视野。当前国内关于学生领导力的研究主要集中在青少年阶段,然而处于身心发展重要时期的小学阶段的儿童,同样能够意识并表现出领导力的某些特征。论文由此提出了小学生领导力的概念,并借助“少代会”这一中国特有的教育资源,来探讨小学生领导力的表现及其发展机制。论文所讨论的小学生领导力,在领导学基础上融入了教育学的立场,在广泛的文献研究基础上,以学生个体为出发点,提出了“我—我”“我—你”“我—事”三个维度下九种小学生领导力的品质构成。此外,理解领导力发展的机制,能够更好地发展小学生领导力;因此论文还讨论了领导力的发展内涵,如:领导力潜能人人皆有、领导力基于情境、领导力寓于组织与活动、领导力表现因人而异等。小学生领导力的发展需要载体。我国情境中的小学校园,有着大量组织、制度、活动资源。其中,学校“少代会”以其广泛的参与范围、多样化的发展资源、明显的民主色彩,成为发展学生领导力的典型资源之一。论文以小学生领导力的构成为论述框架,依据对数所学校的实践调研,深入剖析了小学“少代会”中的提案制度、大队委竞选、会议召开及其他环节是如何发展小学生领导力的,以大量生动活泼的调研材料论证了利用已有的组织、制度、活动设计促进小学生领导力发展上的可能。尽管小学“少代会”具备发展学生领导力的教育价值,但不得不承认,当前的小学教育实践中,对这一资源的利用程度还远远不够。这其中,既有认识层面意识缺乏、理解偏差等问题,也有操作层面的“替代”“固化”“单一”的现象,还有制度层面在目标,执行和反思上的不足。为了更充分地实现“少代会”发展学生领导力的价值,学校领导、教师、家长、社区及其他社会力量都需要做出相应的努力;同时各主体间相互配合,共同促进小学生领导力的发展,为未来社会培养合格的人才。
[Abstract]:Leadership is the core accomplishment that human beings must possess in the face of rapid social changes, unprecedented opportunities and challenges, and constantly surpassing individual development. The formative nature of leadership has left a great space for educators, and the concept of student leadership has also entered the field of vision of educational researchers. At present, the research on students' leadership is mainly focused on the adolescent stage. However, the children in the primary school who are in the important stage of physical and mental development can also be aware of and show some characteristics of leadership. This paper puts forward the concept of elementary school students' leadership, and discusses the performance and development mechanism of primary school students' leadership with the help of "Children's Congress", a unique educational resource in China. The leadership of primary school students discussed in the paper is based on leadership and pedagogy. On the basis of extensive literature research, students' leadership is taken as the starting point. I-I, I-you, I-matter-three dimensions of nine kinds of primary school students' leadership quality constitution. In addition, understanding the mechanism of leadership development can better develop the leadership of primary school students. Therefore, the paper also discusses the implications of leadership development, such as leadership potential for everyone, leadership based on the situation, leadership in the organization and activities. Leadership performance varies from person to person. The development of primary school students' leadership needs carrier. The primary school campus in the situation of our country has a lot of organization, system and activity resources. Among them, with its wide range of participation, diversified development resources and obvious democratic color, the school "Youth Congress" has become one of the typical resources for the development of students' leadership. This paper takes the structure of primary school students' leadership as the framework, according to the practice investigation of logarithmic schools, deeply analyzes the proposal system in the elementary school's "Children's Congress", and the group committee running for election. This paper discusses how to develop the leadership of primary school students by holding the conference and other links, and demonstrates the possibility of using the existing organization, system and activity design to promote the development of the leadership of primary school students with a large number of lively research materials. Although the "Children's Congress" in primary schools has the educational value of developing students' leadership, it has to be admitted that the utilization of this resource is far from enough in the current primary education practice. Among these problems, there are not only the lack of awareness and understanding deviation, but also the phenomenon of "substitution", "solidification" and "single" at the operational level, as well as the deficiencies of the system in terms of goal, implementation and reflection. In order to realize more fully the value of the development of students' leadership, school leaders, teachers, parents, communities and other social forces all need to make corresponding efforts; at the same time, the various subjects cooperate with each other. Jointly promote the development of primary school leadership and train qualified talents for the future society.
