吉林省农村小学美术课程现状及对策研究

【摘要】:自新课改推行实施以来,各科课程在知识、结构、内容及评价等方面有了很大的突破,学科之间的联系更紧密,课程内容安排也更紧跟时代步伐。21世纪的今天,艺术修养已成为社会所需的复合型人才必不可少的素质。当前,在中国已经逐渐普及了素质教育观念,而且素质教育也被视为教育事业的根本原则。但是,从农村地区来看,仍对于“副课”的美术课程重视度严重不足,在很多农村地区小学美术教学弊端更为突出,诸如美术教育理念落后;美术教学模式单一;教师专业素质偏低;教学评价体系不科学等等。长期以来,教师和家长们对于升学率的片面追求以及深受传统教学模式影响下,农村中小学美术教育并没有真正成为基础教育的重要一环。改善农村中小学美术教育的现状必须从农村的实际出发,提高农村学生的审美能力和绘画水平。本文基于中国传统美术教育理论思想与西方开放式的美术教育理论,探讨吉林省地区农村小学美术教育存在的问题与对策,旨在促进农村地区小学美术教育水平的提高与美术学科地为的提升。论文共分为五章:第一章是绪论部分,主要阐述论文研究背景与意义,梳理和分析国内外相关研究现状,探究中外美术教育理论基础,为后文的实证分析做铺垫;第二章分析新课改背景下小学美术教育的发展变革,包括小学美术教育的目标、性质、教学理念与原则、教材编写制度等,证实小学美术教育在我国义务教育中不断被重视,突显农村美术教育观念的落后问题;第三章运用问卷调查的研究方法,以吉林省的农安、德惠、九台三地农村小学为调查案例,分析吉林省农村小学美术教学目标、教学内容、教学过程、师资水平等现状;第四章通过对调查问卷统计数据与答案的梳理,剖析我国吉林省村小学美术教育在教学观念、教学设施、师资力量、评价体系等方面存在的主要问题;第五章针对吉林省农村小学美术教育的种种问题给出针对性的解决对策与建议。
[Abstract]:Since the implementation of the new curriculum reform, great breakthroughs have been made in the fields of knowledge, structure, content and evaluation of various courses. Artistic accomplishment has become the necessary quality of the complex talents needed by the society. At present, the concept of quality education has been popularized in China, and quality education is regarded as the fundamental principle of education. However, from the perspective of rural areas, there is still a serious lack of attention to the art curriculum of "secondary courses", and the shortcomings of art teaching in primary schools in many rural areas are even more prominent, such as the backward concept of fine arts education, the single art teaching mode, and the lack of the following principles. Teachers' professional quality is on the low side; teaching evaluation system is not scientific and so on. For a long time, teachers and parents of the one-sided pursuit of the transition rate and deeply influenced by the traditional teaching mode, art education in rural primary and secondary schools has not really become an important part of basic education. To improve the present situation of art education in rural primary and secondary schools, we must proceed from the reality of the countryside and improve the aesthetic ability and painting level of rural students. Based on the Chinese traditional art education theory and the western open art education theory, this paper discusses the problems and countermeasures of the art education in the rural primary schools in Jilin Province. The aim of this paper is to promote the improvement of art education level in primary schools and the promotion of art discipline in rural areas. The thesis is divided into five chapters: the first chapter is the introduction part, mainly elaborates the research background and significance, combs and analyzes the domestic and foreign related research present situation, probes into the Chinese and foreign art education theory foundation, makes the foundation for the later empirical analysis; The second chapter analyzes the development and transformation of art education in primary school under the background of the new curriculum reform, including the goal, nature, teaching idea and principle of the art education in primary school, and the system of compiling teaching material, etc., which proves that the art education in primary school is paid more and more attention to in the compulsory education of our country. The third chapter analyzes the teaching objectives and contents of the art teaching in rural primary schools in Jilin Province, taking the rural primary schools of Nong'an, Dehui and Jiutai in Jilin Province as the investigation cases, using the research method of questionnaire, and analyzing the art teaching objectives and teaching contents of the rural primary schools in Jilin Province. The fourth chapter analyzes the teaching concept, teaching facilities and teachers' strength in the art education of village primary schools in Jilin Province by combing the statistical data and answers of the questionnaire. The fifth chapter gives some countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problems in the elementary school art education in Jilin province.
