北京市“全国青少年校园足球特色学校”校园足球开展现状研究

【摘要】:目前我国足球事业的发展不尽如人意,同时参与足球运动的青少年越来越少,无论从职业足球运动员数量还是足球参与人数上比较都产生了巨大的差距。因此发展校园足球,培养足球人才,形成完善的足球人才培养体系至关重要。北京市应利用自身优势把校园足球开展的更加出色。2015年教育部通过遴选通知确定了北京市34所中小学为首批“全国青少年校园足球特色学校”(以下简称特色学校),本文以北京市16个区共34所入围学校为整体研究对象,以北京市延庆区康庄中心小学和西城区进步小学为具体研究对象,进行深入个案研究。本文运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法、数理统计法、个案分析法对北京市首批入选的34所特色学校校园足球开展情况进行调查与分析。经过本文研究,发现34所特色学校近两年校园足球发展迅速,取得了一些成绩。并得出以下结论:1.北京市特色学校遴选标准有待进一步细化、量化,缺乏有效监督考核和退出准入机制;2.北京市首批特色学校全部开设了足球课,但开设时间普遍较短,校本教材使用情况不理想;大部分学校开展了各种各样的全校性课外体育活动,还有少数学校未开展,普及度有待提高;各校均成立了校级男足代表队,每周训练3-4次,每次60-100min,校外联赛多,校内比赛开展不足,女生参与人数少;师资数量不足,均参加过足球师资培训,但教练等级较低,各校普遍邀请校外专业教练弥补本校师资不足问题;各校足球器材配备基本满足需求,足球场地人均面积小,需提高利用率并开发新场地;经费主要来源于上级拨款,渠道单一。活动主体教师和学生相关保障没有完全落实。但存在如北京市特色学校遴选机制不健全、校本教材开发不足、各校校园足球存在两极分化的趋势、忽视女子足球、师资短缺、场地稀缺、经费来源单一等问题。为此我们应该不断完善遴选机制、注重理论研究、丰富活动形式、鼓励女生参与、继续培养师资、开发足球场地和活动经费。3.对于北京市康庄中心小学和进步小学两所学校的个案研究,以下几个方面值得我们借鉴:一是努力做到全员参与校园足球,以普及促提高;二是重视理论研究。注重校园足球开展的顶层设计,创编足球校本教材,校园足球理论建设和文化方面走在我国前列;三是作为北京市传统足球校,学校领导重视并成为领导小组的核心;最后长期与职业足球俱乐部积极合作。
[Abstract]:At present, the development of football in our country is not satisfactory. At the same time, there are fewer and fewer young people participating in football, both in terms of the number of professional football players and the number of football players, there is a huge gap. Therefore, it is very important to develop campus football, train football talents and form a perfect football talent training system. Beijing should take advantage of its own advantages to make campus football more outstanding. In 2015, the Ministry of Education confirmed 34 primary and secondary schools in Beijing as the first batch of "National Youth Campus Football characteristic Schools" (hereinafter referred to as "characteristic Learning") through the selection notice. This paper takes 34 schools in 16 districts of Beijing as the whole research object. Taking Kangzhuang Center Primary School and Xicheng District Progressive Primary School in Yanqing District as the specific research object, this paper makes a further case study. Based on the methods of literature, questionnaire, interview, mathematical statistics and case analysis, this paper makes an investigation and analysis on the development of campus football in the first batch of 34 special schools in Beijing. Through the research of this paper, it is found that 34 characteristic schools have developed rapidly in the past two years and made some achievements. And draw the following conclusion: 1. Beijing characteristic school selection criteria need to be further refined, quantified, the lack of effective supervision and assessment and withdrawal from the admission mechanism. The first batch of characteristic schools in Beijing have all set up football courses, but the opening time is generally short, and the use of school-based teaching materials is not ideal. Most schools have carried out various kinds of extracurricular sports activities in the whole school, and a few schools have not. The popularity needs to be improved; each school has set up a team of college-level men's football teams, training 3-4 times a week, each time for 60-100 mins, with more off-campus leagues, insufficient in-school competitions and fewer female participants; and a shortage of teachers, all of whom have participated in the training of football teachers. But the grade of coaches is low, every school generally invites professional coaches outside the school to make up for the shortage of teachers in our school, the football equipment of each school basically meets the demand, the per capita area of football field is small, the utilization ratio should be improved and the new site should be developed. The funds mainly come from the superior appropriation, the channel is single. The activity main body teacher and the student related safeguard has not been fully implemented. However, there are some problems such as the imperfect selection mechanism of schools with Beijing characteristics, the insufficient development of school-based teaching materials, the trend of polarization of football in various schools, the neglect of women's football, the shortage of teachers, the scarcity of venues, the single source of funds, and so on. To this end, we should constantly improve the selection mechanism, pay attention to theoretical research, enrich the forms of activities, encourage girls to participate, continue to train teachers, and develop football venues and activities. For the case study of Beijing Kangzhuang Center Primary School and Progressive Primary School, we should draw lessons from the following aspects: first, we should try our best to participate in campus football to popularize and promote improvement; second, we should pay attention to theoretical research. Pay attention to the top-level design of campus football, create the football school-based teaching materials, school football theory construction and cultural aspects, third, as the Beijing traditional football school, school leaders pay attention to and become the core of the leading group; Finally, long-term and professional football club active cooperation.
