基于游戏精神的少先队活动研究

【摘要】：少先队组织对少先队员实施教育主要是通过开展少先队活动,少先队活动是少先队组织的生命。为了提高少先队组织的生命力,党的十八大以来,无论是党中央对共青团、少先队的相关工作要求,还是在2017年2月颁发的《少.先队改革方案》中,都强调少先队活动需要注入新的活动理念来改革创新,开展具有生命力的少先队活动。游戏精神正是在少先队改革的时代背景下少先队组织需要的新的活动理念,正契合改革创新少先队活动的需要。不同时期以及不同的人对游戏精神有不同的理解。关于游戏精神在西方和中国不同时期有不同的表现,游戏精神在教育领域指最能体现游戏的意境或特质的状态,是人的自由、自主、体验、创造性生活方式的体现,是人们追求的崇高理想的超越性境界,表现为自由、创造、体验、对话、和谐精神。融渗、弥漫、充溢在少先队活动中的游戏精神运用到少先队活动中具有极大的教育价值,并且游戏精神与少先队活动是相契合的。以游戏精神这一新视角指导少先队活动,需要结合少先队的性质和教育目标,构建理论上游戏精神指导少先队活动应有的一般性流程。游戏精神为基础开展少先队活动需要特定的条件,需要从环境创设、目标构建、动机激发三个层面指导少先队活动的准备,从活动情境、活动体验、观察与指导三个层面贯穿游戏精神指导少先队活动的开展过程,并且以游戏精神为标尺评价少先队活动。少先队活动不可能全都以游戏精神为指导按照理论上构建的方式开展,需要做到结合具体实际构建出游戏精神指导少先队活动的一些具体化的实施方式。结合我国开展少先队活动大都依托于重大节日的实际,以重大节日为抓手构建游戏精神指导少先队活动的具体实施方式。虽是具体实施方式但不会偏离游戏精神指导少先队活动的一般流程,而是结合重大节日元素把游戏精神贯穿在重大节日依托的少先队活动当中。这不但要有以游戏精神指导的紧跟节日特点的设置系列活动主题、创建多元活动环境、构想系列化活动目标的活动准备,更要做到活动中游戏精神贯穿的注重恰当节日氛围烘托、巧妙利用节日构建丰富的层次性内容、巧妙把握时间节点构想具有节日特色的系列性活动,活动后以游戏精神为标尺做到对活动点和面的全面又多元化的评价。本研究采用文献法、调查法。通过文献收集整理分析和调查研究,一方面可以验证理论上游戏精神指导少先队活动流程构建的合理性,另一方面可以在实践层面揭示游戏精神指导少先队活动开展的影响因素。影响游戏精神指导少先队活动开展的因素,不但有国家政策和决议、学校物质差距和重视程度、社会参与度等宏观因素影响了游戏精神指导活动的力度与走向,更有环境创设、活动内容与情境、活动动机与行为、活动指导与评价等微观因素具体影响着自由、创造、体验、对话、和谐精神能否真正融入少先队活动,影响了游戏精神指导活动的质量。建构相应的策略可以支撑游戏精神在少先队活动中更好的推广、运用。要做到多角度从国家、学校、社会三个层面宏观把控游戏精神指导少先队活动的方向和力度,微观上要从环境创设能力、内容丰富性和活动情境多样化、活动动机、活动评价等多个层面抓游戏精神指导少先队活动的细节。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the vitality of the young pioneers, the eighteen major party members, whether it is the Communist Youth League and the young pioneers, or the junior team reform program issued in February 2017. It is emphasized that the activities of the young pioneers need to be injected into the new concept of activity to reform and innovate and carry out the activities of the young pioneers with vitality. The spirit of the game is the new concept of activities needed by the young pioneers in the background of the reform of the young pioneers, and the needs of the reform and innovation of the pioneers. The spirit of the game has different understanding of the game spirit in different periods of the West and China. The spirit of the game in the field of education means the state of the artistic conception or characteristic of the game, the embodiment of human freedom, autonomy, experience and creative life style, the transcendental realm of the lofty ideals pursued by people, and the freedom and creation. Permeating, diffusing, permeating the spirit of play in the young pioneers activities have great educational value, and the spirit of the game is compatible with the activities of the young pioneers. Guiding the activities of the young pioneers with the new perspective of the game spirit needs to be combined with the nature of the young pioneers and the educational goals. On the basis of the spirit of the game, the spirit of the game needs specific conditions to carry out the activities of the young pioneers. The activities of the young pioneers can not all be carried out in a theoretical manner guided by the spirit of the game, and some specific ways of implementing the spirit of the game to guide the activities of the young pioneers should be built in combination with the concrete practice. The activities of the young pioneers mostly rely on the reality of the major festivals, and the concrete implementation of the game spirit guides the activities of the young pioneers with major festivals. Although it is a concrete implementation way, it will not deviate from the general process of guiding the activities of the young pioneers by the spirit of the game, but combine the spirit of the games with the major festival elements through the major festivals. In the activities of the young pioneers, it should not only have the theme of setting up a series of activities with the characteristics of the festival, which are guided by the spirit of the game, create a multi activity environment, conceive the activities of a series of activities, and do more to make the spirit of the game in the activity of the game to pay attention to the proper atmosphere of the festival, and to make a clever use of the festival to build a rich level of content. This study uses the literature method and the investigation method. On the one hand, we can verify the theory of the play spirit guiding the young pioneers. The rationality of the dynamic process construction, on the other hand, can reveal the influence factors of the play spirit guiding the young pioneers' activities in the practical level. The factors affecting the game spirit guiding the young pioneers' activities are not only the national policy and the resolution, the school material gap and the degree of attention, the participation degree of the society and other macro factors affect the spirit guidance of the game. The strength and direction of activities, more environment creation, activity content and situation, activity motivation and behavior, activity guidance and evaluation and other micro factors affect freedom, creation, experience, dialogue, and harmonious spirit can truly integrate into the activities of the young pioneers, and influence the quality of the game spirit guiding activities. The construction of corresponding strategies can support the game essence. In the activities of the young pioneers, God is better promoted and applied. The direction and strength of guiding the activities of the young pioneers by the control of game spirit from the three levels of state, school and society should be done from various angles. On the microcosmic level, the spirit guidance of the game should be taken from the creation ability of the environment, the richness of the content and the diversification of the activity situation, the motivation and the evaluation of activities.
