少先队入队仪式的进程：阈限与通过

【摘要】：少先队是中国特色社会主义事业的战略预备队,是少年儿童思想品德教育和精神素质培养的大学校,是儿童的群众组织。少先队是一个神圣的政治组织,在少年儿童的思想意识教育中发挥着无可替代的重要作用。少先队入队仪式是体现少先队组织神圣性的重要载体,是少年儿童政治生活中的第一件大事。少先队入队仪式的符号构成具有解释、操作和地位意义,有利于少年儿童对特定政治概念的感悟和体认。少先队入队仪式是少年儿童加入少先队的开始,是其政治生涯的开端,它的价值本真在于对共产主义接班人的锻造。根据过渡礼仪理论,包括少先队入队仪式在内的人类社会中的大多数仪式都是由多个仪式活动构成的进程模式,其功能在于促使个体身份或地位发生变化。过渡礼仪进程具有多个层次,每个层次又包括前阈限阶段、阈限阶段和后阈限阶段三个阶段。少先队入队仪式包括政治生涯、入队礼仪、入队仪式进程和入队日四个层次。处于入队仪式进程层次的前阈限阶段的少年儿童与原有状态分离,产生了加入少先队组织的愿望,但没有正式成为少先队员。处于阈限阶段的少年儿童开始用实际行动争取加入少先队,他们会经历很多考验,需要做出各种努力,需要少先队辅导员、少先队员和家长的积极引导与帮助。处于后阈限阶段的少年儿童参加了少先队入队仪式,经历了入队仪式的洗礼,政治社会化水平不断提高,最终顺利通过政治身份转换阈限,正式获得少先队员身份。由于入队仪式进程中存在着对少先队组织认识不足、各种形式主义、机会不均等问题,部分少年儿童不能顺利通过政治身份转换阈限。提升对少先队组织与入队仪式的认识,尊重少年儿童主体性,规范入队仪式,是帮助少年儿童顺利通过政治身份转换阈限,使共产主义接班人诞生的重要“助产”措施。
[Abstract]:The Young Pioneers are the strategic reserve of the socialist cause with Chinese characteristics, the great school of ideological and moral education and the cultivation of spiritual quality of children, and the mass organization of children. As a sacred political organization, the Young Pioneers play an irreplaceable role in the ideological education of children. The ceremony of the Young Pioneers' entry is an important carrier to embody the sacredness of the Young Pioneers' organizations and the first major event in the children's political life. The symbolic constitution of the young pioneers' entrance ceremony has the meaning of explanation, operation and status, which is beneficial to the children's understanding and understanding of the specific political concepts. The ceremony of young pioneers' entry is the beginning of young children's joining the Young Pioneers and the beginning of their political career. Its value lies in the forging of the communist successors. According to the theory of transition etiquette, most rituals in human society, including the ceremony of the Young Pioneers, are a process model composed of multiple ritual activities, whose function is to promote the change of individual identity or status. There are many levels in the process of transition etiquette, each of which consists of three stages: the pre-threshold stage, the threshold stage and the post-threshold stage. The entry ceremony of the Young Pioneers includes four levels: political career, entry etiquette, the process of entry ceremony and the day of entry. The children in the pre-threshold stage of the process of entering the team were separated from the original state, resulting in the desire to join the Young Pioneers, but they did not formally become the Young Pioneers. Children in the threshold stage begin to use practical actions to join the Young Pioneers, they will experience a lot of tests, need to make all kinds of efforts, need Young Pioneers counselors, Young Pioneers and parents to actively guide and help. The children in the post-threshold stage took part in the Young Pioneers entry ceremony, experienced the baptism of the team entry ceremony, the level of political socialization constantly improved, finally through the political identity conversion threshold, formally obtained the Young Pioneer status. Due to the lack of understanding of the Young Pioneers' organization, various formalism and unequal opportunities in the process of entering the team, some children could not pass the threshold of political identity transformation smoothly. It is an important "midwifery" measure to promote the understanding of the young pioneers' organization and the ceremony of joining the team, to respect the children's subjectivity, to standardize the ceremony of joining the team, to help the young children to pass through the threshold of political identity transfer smoothly, and to make the communist successors come into being.
