提升小学教师工作投入度探究——心理资本的角度

【摘要】:本研究共选取660名小学教师为研究对象,通过分析去掉无效被试,最终获得有效被试为589名,考察了小学教师心理资本与工作投入的状况与关系,结果显示:(1)小学教师在工作投入以及活力与专注维度上存在显著的性别、年龄、教龄和月收入差异;(2)小学教师在心理资本总体与乐观、自我效能与心理抗逆力等方面存在显著的性别、年龄、教龄和职称差异;(3)小学教师心理资本各个维度与工作投入及其各个维度存在显著的正相关关系。对这些关系进行进一步的回归分析发现,小学教师的心理资本对工作投入具有显著的预测作用。最后,从组织、个体和工作角度出发,提出提升小学教师心理资本的有效策略。
[Abstract]:In this study, 660 primary school teachers were selected as the research objects, and 589 effective subjects were obtained by removing invalid subjects. The status and relationship between psychological capital and work involvement of primary school teachers were investigated. The results showed that there were significant differences in gender, age, teaching age and monthly income between primary school teachers in the dimensions of work commitment, vigor and focus. There were significant positive correlations between each dimension of mental capital and work engagement and each dimension of primary school teachers' psychological capital. Further regression analysis shows that the psychological capital of primary school teachers has a significant predictive effect on job engagement. Finally, from the organization, individual and work point of view, the effective strategies to improve the psychological capital of primary school teachers are put forward.
