少先队组织认同:一个多重类型的组织认同内涵

【摘要】：组织认同研究作为社会学等学科研究的热点话题,在其本土化的同时,其研究的对象集聚在企业单位上,对青少年正式群体组织关注较少。少先队组织是校内外少年儿童的群体组织,也是政党预备队组织,多重身份使得少先队组织认同更为复杂。本文根据少先队的组织性、政治性、教育性等特性及相关认同的理论思想研究,提出了少先队组织认同的内涵及其特点。
[Abstract]:Organizational identity research as a hot topic in sociology and other disciplines, while its localization, the object of its research is concentrated on the enterprise units, and pay less attention to the formal group organization of teenagers. The Young Pioneers organization is a group organization of children in and out of school and a political party reserve organization. The multiple identities make the identity of the Young Pioneers Organization more complicated. Based on the study of the organizational, political and educational characteristics of the Young Pioneers and the relevant theoretical thoughts of identity, this paper puts forward the connotation and characteristics of the organizational identity of the Young Pioneers.
