小学生自主管理能力培养的研究

【摘要】:小学生自主管理能力主要包括,在品德上的自我检测、在行为上的自我控制、在管理上的自我治理、在心理上的自我调节、在学习上的自我主动、在身体上的自主健体等多个方面的能力。小学学生自主管理,是根据学生心理的实际需要和社会的发展,遵循教育规律,在学校、班级日常管理中培养小学生自主性、合作性等多种心理素质的教育。本文遵循辩证唯物主义矛盾规律,对小学生自主管理的能力培养做了一些有益地探索。培养小学生的自主管理能力有利于更好地实现我国教育改革和发展的要求;有利于更好地实现我所在校的教育理念;有利于更好地改进我所在校的学生管理。通过开展学生个人自主管理活动与班级自主管理活动,强化家长学校的力量,通过评价引导学生学会管理自己的目标、管理自己的时间、管理自己的事情、管理自己的行为,从而树立起自主管理的意识,提高小学生自主管理能力,最终促进学生个性得到良好的发展。本文通过调查法得知不同年级学生自主管理的能力不同,随着年级增长学生的自主管理能力提高,对目标的管理、时间的记录、事情的安排和行为的控制能力都随年级增长而提高。不同性别的学生在自主管理能力上也有所不同,低年级男生的目标意识高于女生,随着年级增长趋于相同;在记录时间、安排事情和控制行为上女生的能力均高于男生。成绩优异的学生和担任学生干部的学生自主管理能力也更强。另外,家庭背景也是影响学生自主管理能力的一个因素,进城务工家庭的学生由于父母比较繁忙无暇顾及孩子,导致这部分学生自主管理能力相对较差。针对调查本文提出两个层面的培养方式:一个是从班集体建设层面进行的培养包括:实行责任制,进行自我管理;设立“值日班长”,提高自我管理能力;引进竞争,促进自我管理能力的提高。另一个是从学生个体层面进行的培养包括:通过自主修身达到自主管理;通过自主学习达到自主管理;通过自主健体达到自主管理;通过自主尚艺达到自主管理。
[Abstract]:Primary school students' self-management ability mainly includes self-examination in moral character, self-control in behavior, self-governance in management, self-regulation in psychology, self-initiative in learning, etc. Ability in many aspects, such as physical autonomy, physical fitness, etc. The independent management of primary school students is based on the actual needs of students' psychology and the development of society, following the educational law, and cultivating the students' autonomy and cooperative psychological qualities in the daily management of schools and classes. Following the contradictory law of dialectical materialism, this paper makes some beneficial explorations on the cultivation of pupils' ability of independent management. The cultivation of pupils' ability of independent management is conducive to the better realization of the requirements of educational reform and development in our country, the better realization of the educational concept of our school, and the better improvement of the management of students in our school. Through the development of students' individual independent management activities and class independent management activities, strengthen the strength of parent schools, through evaluation to guide students to learn to manage their own goals, manage their own time, manage their own affairs, manage their own behavior, In order to set up the consciousness of independent management, improve the students' ability of independent management, and finally promote the students' personality to get a good development. According to the investigation method, the students' ability of autonomous management is different in different grades. With the increase of grade, the students' ability of autonomous management is improved, and the goal management and time are recorded. Both the arrangement of things and the ability to control behavior improve with the increase of grade. The students of different genders have different abilities of autonomous management. The goal consciousness of boys in lower grade is higher than that of girls, and tends to be the same with the increase of grade, and the ability of girls to record time, arrange things and control behavior is higher than that of boys. Students with excellent grades and students serving as student cadres are also more capable of autonomous management. In addition, the family background is also one of the factors that affect the students' ability of autonomous management. The students from migrant families have relatively poor ability of autonomous management because their parents are busy and have no time to take care of their children. In view of the investigation, this paper puts forward two training methods: one is the cultivation from the class collective construction level, which includes: carrying out the responsibility system, carrying out self-management, establishing the "monitor on duty" to improve the self-management ability, introducing competition, Promote self-management skills. The other is the cultivation of students from the individual level, including: through self-cultivation to achieve autonomous management; through autonomous learning to achieve autonomous management; through independent physical fitness to achieve autonomous management; through autonomous art to achieve autonomous management.
