分布式课程领导下的教研组建设

【摘要】：分布式课程领导围绕着课程问题展开,它的理想图景是每一位教师成为课程领导者。分布式课程领导下教研组必须进行重建,必须聚焦课程问题,从关注教学到关注课程;必须重塑成员角色,从"行政视角"向"专业领导"视角转变;形成引领机制,以"轮值主持""教研公约"等为标志的民主机制是教研组实现分布式课程领导的保障。

Under the leadership of the distributed curriculum , the teaching and research group must be reconstructed .
