分布式课程领导下的教研组建设

【摘要】:分布式课程领导围绕着课程问题展开,它的理想图景是每一位教师成为课程领导者。分布式课程领导下教研组必须进行重建,必须聚焦课程问题,从关注教学到关注课程;必须重塑成员角色,从"行政视角"向"专业领导"视角转变;形成引领机制,以"轮值主持""教研公约"等为标志的民主机制是教研组实现分布式课程领导的保障。
[Abstract]:The distributed curriculum leadership revolves around the course problem . The ideal picture is that every teacher becomes the leader of the course . Under the leadership of the distributed curriculum , the teaching and research group must be reconstructed . It is necessary to focus on the course problem and shift from the perspective of attention to the course of attention ; it is necessary to reconstruct the role of the members from the " administrative angle of view " to the " professional leading " angle of view ; form the leading mechanism , which is the guarantee for the teaching and research group to realize the distributed curriculum leadership .
