农村小学教师信息技术应用能力校本培训研究

【摘要】：我国正在不断加快推进地方教育信息化的脚步,农村学校教育信息化工作因受到师资力量和教学设备的限制陷入了发展困境。为改善农村教师信息技术应用能力水平不足的局面,本文按照提出问题、分析问题、解决问题的思路。首先以牡丹江市八达村八达小学教师作为研究对象,根据《中小学教师信息技术应用能力标准(试行)》设计问卷,利用问卷法和访谈法对八达教师信息技术应用能力水平进行调查并分析教师信息技术应用能力现状及成因。最后针对分析得出的结论,从技术素养、教学实践、学习发展三方面设计教师信息技术应用能力校本培训方案,采取线上和线下相结合的评价方式考察教师的学习效果,从而达到提升教师信息技术应用能力水平的目的。
[Abstract]:Our country is speeding up the pace of promoting the local education informatization, the rural school education information work has fallen into the development predicament because of the limitation of teachers and teaching equipment. In order to improve the situation that teachers' ability to apply information technology in rural areas is insufficient, this paper puts forward problems, analyzes them and solves them. First of all, take the teachers of Bada Primary School in Bada Village, Mudanjiang City, as the research object, and design the questionnaire according to the Standard for the Application of Information Technology of Primary and Middle School Teachers (for trial implementation). By means of questionnaire and interview, this paper investigates the application ability of information technology in Bada teachers, and analyzes the present situation and causes of teachers' information technology application ability. Finally, according to the conclusion of the analysis, the school-based training program of teachers'IT application ability is designed from three aspects: technical accomplishment, teaching practice and learning development, and the evaluation method of online and offline evaluation is adopted to investigate the effect of teachers' learning. In order to achieve the purpose of improving teachers' ability to apply information technology.
