小学语文个性化阅读教学策略探究

【摘要】：当今时代是知识经济时代,同时也是创新的时代,这个时代比以往更需要创新思维和创新能力。在语文教学中,个性化阅读教学注重培养学生的独立思考能力、独立分析能力和独立创新能力,它着力于学生独立个性的养成,在培养具有独立精神和独力能力的人方面有着重要作用,它注重学生创新潜力的挖掘,创造能力的提高,所以语文个性化阅读教学符合当今的时代要求。虽然《课程标准》提出个性化阅读教学的要求,教师在实际教学中也在积极的尝试,但是在教学中还存在一些不足的地方。如教师认识欠缺,阅读课的教学模式还是读、讲、练老三样。另外,个性化阅读教学实施不到位,虽然教师意识到实施个性化阅读教学很有必要,但在个性化阅读教学时不能做到游刃有余,放的开而又收不住,阅读课成了一盘散沙。从理论研究方面来说,个性化阅读的研究很多,但是大多数都站在了一个宏观的角度提出教学策略,不能很好具体地指导阅读教学实践。从一年级入学到六年级毕业,小学生是在不断发展变化的,所以个性化阅读教学策略要关注不同学段学生发展特点,提出具体并且有可操作性的方法策略才能提高阅读教学实践的有效性。论文共分为三章,第一章是小学语文教学现状分析,对小学语文教学目标进行梳理,分析小学语文阅读教学存在的问题和原因,了解小学生阅读学习心理特征,分析实施个性化阅读教学的可行性和价值,全面了解现阶段语文阅读教学实际情况。第二章是小学语文个性化阅读教学的特征与要求,对语文个性化阅读教学进行全面具体的论述。第三章是小学语文个性化阅读教学的基本策略,拟从个性化阅读教学目标的设计、个性化阅读教学内容处理、个性化阅读教学的过程设计、个性化阅读教学的方法组织和个性化阅读教学效益评价几个方面提出教学策略。
[Abstract]:The present era is an era of knowledge economy and innovation, which needs more innovative thinking and ability than ever before. In Chinese teaching, individualized reading teaching focuses on cultivating students' ability of independent thinking, independent analysis and independent innovation. It plays an important role in cultivating people with independent spirit and independent ability. It pays attention to the exploration of students' creative potential and the improvement of their creative ability, so the individualized reading teaching of Chinese conforms to the requirements of the times. Although "Curriculum Standard" puts forward the requirement of individualized reading teaching and teachers are actively trying in actual teaching, there are still some shortcomings in teaching. For example, teachers lack of understanding, reading teaching mode or reading, speaking, practicing the old three types. In addition, the implementation of individualized reading teaching is not in place. Although teachers realize that it is necessary to implement individualized reading teaching, they can't do it easily in individualized reading teaching. From the aspect of theoretical research, there are many researches on individualized reading, but most of them put forward teaching strategies from a macroscopic angle, which can not guide the teaching practice of reading well and concretely. From first grade entrance to sixth grade graduation, primary school students are constantly developing and changing, so individualized reading teaching strategies should pay attention to the development characteristics of students with different learning stages. In order to improve the effectiveness of reading teaching practice, concrete and operable methods and strategies are put forward. The thesis is divided into three chapters. The first chapter is the analysis of the present situation of primary school Chinese teaching, the analysis of the primary school Chinese teaching objectives, the analysis of the problems and causes of primary school Chinese reading teaching, and the understanding of the psychological characteristics of primary school students' reading learning. This paper analyzes the feasibility and value of individualized reading teaching, and fully understands the actual situation of Chinese reading teaching at present. The second chapter is the characteristics and requirements of Chinese individualized reading teaching in primary school. The third chapter is the basic strategy of individualized reading teaching in primary school, which includes the design of individualized reading teaching goal, the processing of individualized reading teaching content and the process design of individualized reading teaching. The method organization of individualized reading teaching and the evaluation of individualized reading teaching benefit are put forward.
