合肥市小学生假期体育管理现状研究

【摘要】:本研究以合肥市小学生假期体育管理现状为研究基点,运用文献资料、问卷调查、数理统计法等研究方法对合肥市寒暑假小学生假期体育管理情况进行研究,并对影响合肥市小学生假期体育管理的相关因素进行浅析,针对当前假期体育管理中存在的相关问题寻觅解决办法,尝试着提出一套小学生假期体育管理模式,为学生体质提升提供理论参考。从调查结果发现:1.小学生假期体育参与频率总体一般,小学生假期体育活动的持续时间总体不长,能达到体育人口的人不多;整体表现为男生体育活动参与次数较多,女生相对较少。四年级学生体育活动次数每周超过4次的频数最多,五年级学生体育活动频数和时间随后,六年级学生体育活动远小于前两个年级;2.小学生假期参与体育锻炼的形式主要有两种:第一种是与家长一起参与体育运动的人数占45.8%,第二种是与同学一起参与体育运动的人占33.5%;小学生对体育项目的选择排在前列的为:男同学以羽毛球、篮球、足球、跑步为主;女同学以羽毛球、跳绳、踢毽子、跑步为主;3.合肥市学校假期体育管理情况可以看出,合肥市小学对学生假期体育管理上存在着不足,对小学生假期体育管理缺乏认识,重视度不够;4.在家庭中出现假期体育无人管理的现状,其主要原因是家长缺乏对假期体育的认识,与家长的文化程度和经济收入有着直接的相关;5.构建小学生假期管理模式的困境在于:学校、家庭、社区的管理模式之间存在着直接的相关性,在小学生假期体育管理的过程中都存在着欠缺,学校、社区、家庭三方中没有一方能承担起小学生身体素质提升的任务;6.从动力因素、构建条件、实践逻辑等视角对社区体育俱乐部进行分析,发现社区体育俱乐部在学校、家庭、社区三者间建立稳定关系合力,使假期体育管理形成学校、社区、家庭一体化模式。根据以上合肥市小学生假期体育管理情况,在小学生假期体育管理模式的基础上提出以下建议:1.完善管理机制;2.开放学校场地资源;3.开展社区体育活动;4.加强家长的宣传工作;5.有针对性的开展小学生假期体育活动。假期体育作为学校体育的延续,将学校、家庭、社区三者联合共同对小学生假期体育进行管理,有利于提高学生体质,同时还可以培养小学生形成体育兴趣。本研究在问卷调查的基础上,对合肥市小学生假期体育管理情况做了一定的了解,对相关因素进行分析,并提出相应的管理措施。
[Abstract]:Based on the current situation of sports management of primary school students in Hefei, this paper studies the sports management of primary school students during winter and summer vacation in Hefei by using the methods of literature, questionnaire and mathematical statistics. It also analyzes the related factors that affect the management of holiday sports of primary school students in Hefei. Aiming at the problems existing in the management of holiday sports at present, it tries to put forward a set of management mode of holiday sports for primary school students. To provide a theoretical reference for the improvement of students' physique. From the results of the survey, it was found that: 1. The frequency of sports participation is general, the duration of sports activities of primary school students is not long, the number of people who can reach the sports population is not many; the overall performance is that boys participate in sports activities more times, girls are relatively less. The number of sports activities of the fourth grade students exceeded 4 times per week, and the frequency and time of the fifth grade students' sports activities was much less than that of the first two grades. There are two main forms of primary school students participating in physical exercise: the first is the number of people who participate in sports with their parents, and the second is the number of people who take part in sports with their classmates accounting for 33.5; Primary school students in the top choice of sports: male students to badminton, basketball, football, running mainly; female students to badminton, skipping rope, kicking shuttlecock, running mainly 3. It can be seen from the situation of school holiday sports management in Hefei that there are deficiencies in the management of students' holiday sports in primary schools in Hefei, lack of understanding of the management of school students' holiday sports, and insufficient attention to the degree of attention. 4. The present situation of unmanaged holiday sports in families is mainly due to the lack of parents' understanding of holiday sports, which is directly related to parents' educational level and economic income. The difficulties of constructing the holiday management model of primary school students lie in: there is a direct correlation among school, family and community management mode, and in the process of elementary school students' holiday sports management, there are deficiencies in school, community, and so on. None of the three parties in the family can take on the task of improving the physical quality of primary school students. This paper analyzes the community sports clubs from the perspectives of motive factors, construction conditions and practical logic, and finds out that the community sports clubs establish stable relationships among schools, families and communities, so that the management of holiday sports can form schools and communities. Family integration model.
