滨州市城乡结合部小学学校体育开展情况的研究
[Abstract]:In the course of the development of school education, primary and secondary education is the basis. The same primary school physical education is the foundation of the development of school sports and the key to the cultivation of students' lifelong sports thought. The urban and rural combination part is an important product of rural urbanization, which belongs to the new region in recent years. However, the study of the school sports in this area is few, so the study of the school sports is few. Based on the comprehensive understanding of the development of primary school sports in Binzhou urban and rural areas, this paper analyzes the current situation and deficiency of school physical education in this region, and puts forward some corresponding suggestions as a reference for the development of physical education in primary schools in Binzhou urban and rural areas. This article is based on the physical education of primary schools in Binzhou urban and rural areas. The development situation is the research object, using the literature research method, the interview method, the questionnaire survey method, the mathematical statistics method, the field investigation method research method to study the school sports status of the 9 primary schools in the urban and rural area of Binzhou City, and get the following conclusions: first, the overall development of the primary school sports in Binzhou urban and rural combination department Li, although there are such problems, but for a special area with more outstanding educational problems, it is not good to carry out physical education smoothly. Two, there is a complete teaching plan in the teaching of physical education, the condition of preparing lessons before the PE teacher is good, the content of the physical education is relatively simple, the content of the teaching is not subject to the equipment. Influence, but students are more satisfied with the content of physical education, it is also the school's recognition of physical education. Three, in extracurricular sports activities, the development of exercises between classes is better, the number of students participating in extracurricular sports activities generally is about three times, the activity time is more than half an hour; after class sports training can guarantee that there is one time every year. Sports meeting, although the project is relatively single, but still very popular with students, which can be fully reflected from students' satisfaction to their satisfaction. Due to the problem of field equipment and funds, some schools have carried out extracurricular sports training, some schools do not carry out. Four, in the investigation of Binzhou urban and rural combination of primary school physical education teachers found that Physical education teachers are lower in salary and satisfaction with their work. They are not paid too little of the teachers' wages. Facing the pressure of life, these teachers will choose to choose their jobs again, not the strong mobility of teachers, which leads to the lack of physical education teachers in schools, the imbalance in the proportion of male and female PE teachers, and the teaching of physical education teachers in other subjects. The phenomenon of "more than one division". Five, funds, site equipment is the basic guarantee for the development of school sports, hardware support. Although sports funds are not sufficient, they can use limited funds to hold annual sports meetings. Through field investigation, the number of ground and equipment in Binzhou urban and rural primary schools is insufficient, but Six, the attention of the school leaders to the sports is mostly concentrated in the general, a few teachers think that the leadership does not attach importance to the school sports. The attitude of the school leaders is also a certain influence on the teaching attitude of the physical education teachers. Teaching content, optimizing teaching methods, so as to make the physical education work more perfect. Two, improve the reward and punishment mechanism, increase material and spiritual encouragement, increase the positive work of the PE teachers, mobilize the enthusiasm of the sports teachers, and add new sports competition projects, such as a school has been obtained from the relatively fire TV programs. Enlighten, hold the whole school's tearing famous brand war; by raising funds or pulling sponsorship to give some rewards to the outstanding students or class collectives. Three, improve the wages of the non editor teachers and reduce the mobility of the non editor teachers; to train the non sports teachers and the non sports teachers in time, so that he can be trained in time. In the teaching of physical education, we can be competent for the teaching work, put forward the excellent conditions and attract high educational talents. Four, the joint surrounding facilities for the staff sports meeting are held in need of the site equipment, the company is able to invest in the school site and equipment, the school can use the investment funds to place the site equipment; the school can also combine the school with the school. The actual situation and geographical location in accordance with local conditions, to explore the sports equipment with the characteristics of the school, and to encourage the physical education teachers to lead the students to make simple and relatively popular simple equipment.
