大数据时代校本教研转型策略及路径

【摘要】:大数据时代,传统校本教研无论是管理模式还是教研方式都已经滞后于时代的发展,需要在平台搭建和技术支撑上进行突破。探讨校本教研的三大转型策略:由关注"教"转向聚焦"学"的核心视角转型,由经验重复转向数据实证的常态方法转型,从零散问题研究转向系列项目研究的实践模式转型。基于云平台的运用,依据大数据进行教、学、研的实践,通过"云课堂"研究、实证研究和项目研究等,打通校本教研的创新路径。
[Abstract]:In the era of big data, the traditional school-based teaching and research mode has lagged behind the development of the times, so it is necessary to break through the platform construction and technical support. This paper discusses three transformation strategies of school-based teaching and research: from focusing on "teaching" to focusing on "learning", from experience repetition to normal method of data demonstration, from scattered problem research to practical mode of series project research. Based on the application of cloud platform and the practice of teaching, learning and research based on big data, the innovative path of school-based teaching and research can be established through "cloud classroom" research, empirical research and project research.
