少先队辅导员体验式培训研究
[Abstract]:The counselors of the Young Pioneers are a group of educators with special missions and duties. Their development is related to the growth of thousands of Young Pioneers and the development of the political reserve forces of the Party and the state. Therefore, the training of Young Pioneers counselors must be given sufficient attention. However, the traditional training methods can not meet the professional development of Young Pioneers, especially in the field of team cooperation, emotional attitude and other areas of traditional training methods are hardly involved. The introduction of experiential training in the training of Young Pioneers counselors is an attempt and practice of this problem. Compared with traditional training, experiential training has its unique explanation in terms of connotation, characteristics and theoretical basis. Experiential training is the process of cognitive sublimation, emotional substitution and interaction of behavior. Experiential training has the characteristics of subjectivity, interaction, experience, construction, practicability and continuity. In terms of theoretical sources, experiential training is mainly based on experiential learning theory, situational learning theory, constructivism learning theory and Dewey's "doing learning" theory. The application of experiential training in the training of Young Pioneers counselors is conducive to ensuring the training center position of Young Pioneers counselors, and can enhance the understanding and absorption of the training contents. It also plays an important role in cultivating their creative consciousness and positive emotional attitude. To this end, schools and education and training departments should update their concepts, establish advanced training concepts, define training objectives, combine training forms with training contents, establish research and development teams for projects, develop high-quality projects, and provide material support for funding. Pay attention to the effectiveness of training; consolidate and continue the training effect, pay attention to follow-up training. The experiential training should be combined with the traditional training. On the basis of the traditional training and the needs of the Young Pioneers counselors, the experiential training cases suitable for the Young Pioneers counselors should be designed. For example, such cases as "releasing body and mind", "night knot", "storm rainbow" and so on, are designed for the problems of excessive pressure of work and life of the Young Pioneers, less team cooperation training and lack of channels of emotional relief. For the training of Young Pioneers counselors to find a different way.
