基于低年级小学生阅读素养提高的亲师合作策略研究
[Abstract]:Reading plays an extremely important role in the process of human lifelong development. Reading literacy is more and more directly related to the future of individuals and even the fate of the country. However, the cultivation of reading literacy is a systematic project, which can hardly be supported by the strength of teachers, and it is difficult for teachers and parents to adapt to the change of knowledge and the progress of science and technology. It is more and more inevitable to cultivate the reading literacy of the lower grade pupils. At present, there are many problems in parent-teacher cooperation based on the improvement of reading literacy of elementary school students, so it is of great practical and theoretical significance for the author to carry out the research of parent-teacher cooperation strategy based on the practice in A primary school. By referring to and combing the related studies, we know that there are few literatures on the improvement of reading literacy of junior primary school students from the perspective of parent-teacher cooperation, and the combination of the two has not been paid attention to. After integrating the existing research and related literature to define the relevant concepts involved in this study, the reading literacy of middle and low grade pupils is a kind of basic literacy required for the successful completion of reading tasks. It includes three dimensions: reading interest, reading habit and reading ability. As the children in the lower grade are in the period of reading enlightenment, the emphasis of the improvement of reading literacy of the middle and low grade pupils should be the cultivation of reading interest. At the same time, it also includes the cultivation of reading habits and some shallow reading abilities. In the practice of education, the paper makes a serious investigation on the current situation of parent-teacher cooperation based on the cultivation of reading literacy of elementary school students in primary school A by means of questionnaire. The analysis of the investigation results shows that there are five kinds of problems existing in the current cooperation between parents and teachers: first, the content of the cooperation between parents and teachers is simple, the students' reading guidance is incomplete and one-sided, the second is the single form of communication between parents and teachers, and the lack of effective monitoring of students' reading; Third, the process of parent-teacher cooperation is unidirectional, students' reading guidance is lack of pertinence; fourthly, the students' reading guidance plan is poor because of the strong cooperation between parents and teachers; fifth, the degree of cooperation between parents and teachers is low, and the effect of cooperation is not satisfactory. The author believes that the reasons are the deviation of the concept of parents and teachers, the unequal status between parents and teachers, the busy work of parents and teachers and the lack of ability of reading supervision. Finally, it is influenced by the prevailing social extreme utilitarianism. Under this background, there are all kinds of problems in the cooperation between parents and teachers. In the face of problems, we have to do something, and put forward a parent-teacher cooperation strategy. Therefore, the author suggests that we should change the reading concept and create appropriate reading literacy training goals; that parents and teachers should respect each other and create a good atmosphere of cooperation; that parents and teachers should pay more attention to the responsibilities of each department, so that both guidance and supervision should be given equal weight; Finally, both parents and teachers should do their own reading experience and improve their reading guidance and supervision ability.
