全科型小学教师的“全科化”培养研究

【摘要】:21世纪的农村教育改革需要"全科型小学教师"承担小学阶段国家规定的各门课程教学工作、从事小学教育教学研究与管理。"全科型小学教师"培养需要建立"全科化"培养体系,从对象确定、计划编制、经费投入、基地建设、课程设置等方面进行"全科化"的实践探索。"全科化"培养体系也是"全面发展教育"思想的教师教育实践。
[Abstract]:The reform of rural education in the 21st century requires "general subject primary school teachers" to undertake the teaching work of various courses stipulated by the state at the primary school stage, and to engage in the research and management of primary education and teaching. " It is necessary to establish the "general science" training system for the general subject primary school teachers, and to explore the practice of "general science" from the aspects of object determination, plan preparation, fund input, base construction, curriculum design, and so on. The cultivation system of general science is also the practice of teacher education of the thought of "developing education in an all-round way".
