小学教师职业道德失范的实证研究

【摘要】:职业道德是教师职业素养的灵魂,它是教师在其职业活动领域内应遵循的道德准则和行为规范。小学教师作为基础教育的实施者,小学生良好性格和行为习惯的引导者,其规范的职业道德行为对小学生身心的健康发展产生直接而深刻的影响。然而,近年来,媒体报道的关于小学教师辱骂学生、做有偿家教等违背教师职业道德规范的事件屡屡发生,教师的职业道德失范问题已经引发了广泛关注。本文主要通过文献研究法、问卷调查法和统计分析法对小学教师职业道德失范进行实证研究。首先,在已有文献对小学教师职业道德失范因素整理的基础上,对这些因素进行相关分析,找出小学教师职业道德失范的影响因素,接着结合影响因素深入剖析其失范根源,最后,提出针对性的建议,为防治小学教师职业道德失范提供一些参考。本论文共有四章组成。第一章为绪论,主要介绍了研究背景,探讨了研究意义,对国内外关于小学教师职业道德失范的文献进行了梳理,阐述了本论文的研究方法和研究思路。第二章通过问卷调查,客观把握小学教师职业道德失范现状,分析小学教师职业道德整体失范程度及主要表现形式。第三章在文献资料整理分析的基础上,从个人因素、环境因素两方面进行研究假设,主要包括:小学教师职业道德失范与职业倦怠呈正相关;小学教师职业道德失范与对职业道德规范的了解程度呈负相关;小学教师职业道德失范与规范约束力呈负相关;小学教师职业道德失范与同伴失范行为呈正相关等等。然后通过问卷得出的数据对这些假设进行论证,结合这些影响因素深入剖析其失范根源。第四章根据对小学教师职业道德失范原因的分析,提出应对失范的具体对策,包括教师个人方面:要学会自我调适、保持心理健康,增强自律意识,提高自身职业道德素养等;学校方面:加强对教师的职业道德教育、完善教师评价机制、健全师德监督机制等;社会方面:不断提高教师地位、坚持正确的舆论导向。
[Abstract]:Professional ethics is the soul of teachers' professional accomplishment, and it is the moral standard and behavior standard that teachers should follow in their professional activities. As the implementers of elementary education and the guide of pupils' good character and behavior habits, primary school teachers have a direct and profound influence on the healthy development of pupils' body and mind. However, in recent years, the media reported that primary school teachers abuse students, do paid tutoring and other incidents of violating the professional ethics of teachers, teachers' professional ethics has caused widespread concern. This article mainly through the literature research method, the questionnaire survey method and the statistical analysis method carries on the empirical research to the primary school teacher's professional ethics. First of all, on the basis of sorting out the factors of primary school teachers' professional ethics anomie, this paper analyzes these factors, finds out the influencing factors of primary school teachers' professional ethics anomie, and then deeply analyzes the causes of the loss of professional ethics in combination with the influencing factors. Finally, some suggestions are put forward to provide some reference for the prevention and cure of professional ethics of primary school teachers. This thesis consists of four chapters. The first chapter is the introduction, mainly introduces the research background, probes into the significance of the research, combs the literature about the professional ethics of primary school teachers at home and abroad, and expounds the research methods and research ideas of this paper. The second chapter through the questionnaire survey, objectively grasps the primary school teacher professional ethics to lose the standard present situation, analyzes the primary school teacher professional ethics overall abnormal degree and the main manifestation form. The third chapter is based on the analysis of literature, from the personal factors, environmental factors, two aspects of research hypotheses, including: primary school teachers' professional ethics and burnout positive correlation; There is a negative correlation between the professional ethics of primary school teachers and the level of understanding of professional ethics norms, a negative correlation between the professional ethics of primary school teachers and the binding force of norms, and a positive correlation between professional ethics of primary school teachers and the behavior of peer anomie, and so on. Then through the data obtained from the questionnaire to demonstrate these hypotheses, combined with these factors in-depth analysis of the root causes of anomie. The fourth chapter based on the analysis of primary school teachers' professional ethics anomie, puts forward specific countermeasures, including teachers' personal aspects: to learn to adjust themselves, to maintain mental health, to enhance self-discipline awareness, improve their own professional ethics literacy; In school, teachers' professional ethics education should be strengthened, teachers' evaluation mechanism should be perfected, teachers' moral supervision mechanism should be perfected, and social aspect: teachers' status should be improved constantly, and correct public opinion should be adhered to.
