云南省德宏州少数民族小学开展少儿趣味田径的实验研究

【摘要】:少儿趣味田径2002年由国际田联发起。目前,中国在一线及二线城市中小学体育教学中已经全面开展,因为深受广大师生的喜爱,所以取得了积极的推广效果,少儿趣味田径有利于培养学生团队意识和集体主义精神;有利于提高学生学习体育知识和技能的积极性和主动性;有利于促进学生身心健康发展,提高身体素质;有利于培养学生创新精神和实践能力。少儿趣味田径是一项新兴的优势项目,对少儿学习田径运动项目具有较好的推动作用。云南省德宏州芒市少数民族地区缺乏此项目,本人为了让云南省德宏州芒市少数民族小学生能接触到国际田联推广的优势项目,为了让孩子们感受学习田径项目的乐趣和好处,将少儿趣味田径积极引入和推广。本文旨在探讨少儿趣味田径在云南省德宏州少数民族小学开展的可行性,选取了云南省德宏州芒市地区,芒市民族小学和芒市第三小学四年级四个班级学生为实验对象,以芒市地区八所小学为调查对象,通过实验研究法、问卷调查法、访谈法、文献资料法、数理统计法等方法对研究对象和统计结果进行分析,得出如下结论:(1)通过教学实验和教师、学生的问卷调查分析,所调查学校和实验学校领导、教师、学生喜欢少儿趣味田径,并愿意引进器材和推广此项目,说明少儿趣味田径在云南省德宏州芒市少数民族地区开展是可行的。(2)针对云南省德宏州芒市少数民族小学地方特色,结合少儿趣味田径进行项目创编,创编器材有少儿标枪、鱼雷、花球,创编项目有一级方程式、花球投准、少儿标枪、挑重接力、抗洪抢险、跳雷接力、双龙戏珠、送快递、铲除垃圾、打龙尾、民族绳操等,经过教学实验,适合在当地开展,并受广大师生喜爱。(3)云南省德宏州芒市第三小学和芒市民族小学两所学校学生采用少儿趣味田径和创编项目进行教学,进过四个月的实验后,所测的5项身体素质,实验组相对于对照组身体素质明显提高;少儿趣味田径课堂氛围相对于传统体育课课堂氛围好。(4)云南省德宏州开展少儿趣味田径存在的问题有项目少,创编器材的局限性不能满足该项目可持续发展。推广力度不够,认知度低,教师接受有关田径教学研究的知识、教材及体育竞赛组织活动安排较少等。
[Abstract]:Children's interesting track and field by the International Athletic Federation in 2002. At present, physical education in primary and secondary schools in first-tier and second-tier cities in China has been carried out in an all-round way. Because it is deeply loved by teachers and students, it has achieved positive results in promoting physical education. Children's interesting track and field is helpful to cultivate students' team consciousness and collectivism spirit, to improve students' enthusiasm and initiative in learning sports knowledge and skills, to promote students' physical and mental health development and to improve their physical quality. It is beneficial to cultivate students' creative spirit and practical ability. Children's interesting track and field is a new advantage project, which has a good promotion to children's learning track and field sports. This project is lacking in the minority areas of Dehong Prefecture, Yunnan Province. In order to give primary school students of ethnic minorities in Dehong City, Yunnan Province, access to the advantages of IAAF promotion, and to let children feel the fun and benefits of learning track and field events, Children's interesting track and field will be actively introduced and promoted. The purpose of this paper is to explore the feasibility of children's interesting track and field in minority primary schools in Dehong Prefecture, Yunnan Province. Taking eight primary schools in Mango city as the investigation object, the research object and the statistical results are analyzed by the methods of experimental research, questionnaire survey, interview, literature, mathematical statistics and so on. The conclusions are as follows: (1) through the questionnaire analysis of teaching experiments and teachers and students, the school and experimental school leaders, teachers and students like children's interesting track and field, and are willing to introduce equipment and promote this project. It shows that it is feasible for children's interesting track and field to be carried out in minority areas of Dehong City, Yunnan Province. (2) aiming at the local characteristics of minority primary schools in Dehong City, Yunnan Province, combining with children's interesting track and field, the project creation is carried out, and the creation equipment has children's javelin guns. Torpedoes, flower balls, creative projects have formula one, flower balls are accurate, children javelin guns, pick heavy relay, flood rescue, lightning jump relay, Shuanglong play beads, delivery, eradication of garbage, dragon tail, national rope, and so on, through teaching experiments, Suitable for local development and popular with teachers and students. (3) the students of the third Primary School and the ethnic Primary School of Yunnan Province adopt the children's interesting track and field and creation-creation projects to teach. After four months of experiments, Compared with the control group, the physical fitness of the experimental group was significantly improved, and the atmosphere of children's interesting track and field class was better than that of the traditional physical education class. (4) there were few problems in the development of children's interesting track and field in Dehong, Yunnan Province. The limitations of creative equipment can not meet the sustainable development of the project. The popularization is not enough, the cognition is low, the teachers accept the knowledge about the track and field teaching research, the teaching material and the organization arrangement of the sports competition are few and so on.
