郑州市金水区小学“大课间”运动模式探究

【摘要】:阳光体育运动大力推行,“大课间”更是作为阳光体育开展以来的活动不断创新。作为大部分小学进行体育活动的时间,开展有意义、有效率的大课间已成为现今小学所面临的问题之一。2011年《切实保证中小学生每天一小时校园体育活动规定》的提出,强调每周除学校安排的体育课程外,每天上午要求中小学统一安排25-30分钟的“大课间”体育活动,并且“大课间”以日常体育课程一同纳入教学计划,列入课表。此项规定对“大课间”运动模式的探究具有重要的理论意义。本研究主要根据“保证学生每天锻炼一小时”这一理念,采用文献资料法、调查法、数理统计法等方法,对小学校园“大课间”运动模式进行研究。主要针对郑州市金水区小学校园“大课间”开展情况进行研究,通过本研究了解郑州市金水区小学校园“大课间”开展现状,结论表明:1郑州市金水区“大课间”活动的开展严格执行国家关于《切实保证中小学生每天运动一小时的校园体育活动》规定。2郑州市金水区“大课间”分别为上午下午各30分钟,上午以各校特色体育活动为主,增加趣味体育活动,下午以跑步等体力练习为主。3郑州市金水区“大课间”运动模式内容为开展6项体活动最佳。4郑州市金水区“大课间”运动模式每项活动开展时间为3-5分钟最佳。5郑州市金水区“大课间”运动模式组织形式分别为全校性活动、按年级活动、按班级活动、按性别活动这四种。6“大课间”体育活动评价体系主要包括学生参与率、安全秩序、以及学校活动特色;资料配备学校大课间方案、领导小组配备、应急预案等。为解决此问题提出以下建议:1中小学加强贯彻国家关于《切实保证中小学生每天一小时校园体育活动》的理念,积极组织开展具有本校特色的“大课间”体育活动。2建立健全的“大课间”监督评价体系,从省市区教体局均建立监督体系,学校开展分工到个人,对于“大课间”开展优秀的学校进行公开表扬。3组织教师学习“大课间”优秀先进县区案例,认真研究并对体育活动进行创新研究,创建本校特色体育活动。
[Abstract]:Sunshine sports is carried out vigorously, and "big class" is the continuous innovation of sunshine sports since it was carried out. As the time of physical activity in most primary schools, it has become one of the problems for primary schools to have meaningful and efficient large class breaks. In 2011, the regulations on ensuring the physical activity of Primary and Middle School students in one hour per day were put forward. In addition to the physical education curriculum arranged by the school every week, it is emphasized that every morning should require the primary and middle schools to arrange 25-30 minutes of "big class" sports activities, and the "big recess" should be included in the teaching plan together with the daily physical education courses and be included in the curriculum. This regulation is of great theoretical significance to the exploration of the movement mode of "big recess". Based on the idea of "ensuring the students to exercise one hour every day", the paper studies the "big class" movement mode in primary school campus by using the methods of literature, investigation and mathematical statistics. This paper mainly studies the development of "big recess" on the primary school campus of Jinshui District of Zhengzhou City, and understands the present situation of the "big recess" in the primary school campus of Jinshui District of Zhengzhou City through this study. The conclusions are as follows: 1. The "big class" activities in Jinshui district of Zhengzhou city were carried out strictly according to the state regulations on "ensuring the physical activity of primary and middle school students for an hour a day". 2 "big recess" in Jinshui district of Zhengzhou city Not 30 minutes each in the morning and afternoon, In the morning, sports activities with the characteristics of various schools are the main ones, and interesting sports activities are increased. In the afternoon to run and other physical exercises. 3 Jinshui District Zhengzhou City "big recess" exercise mode content for 6 sports activities best. 4 Zhengzhou Jinshui District "big recess" exercise mode each activity for 3-5 Best minute. 5 the "big recess" movement pattern in Jinshui District of Zhengzhou City is organized in the form of school activities respectively. According to grade activity, class activity and gender activity, the evaluation system of "big class" sports activities mainly includes student participation rate, safety and order, and school activity characteristics. Materials equipped with school class program, leadership team equipment, emergency plans and so on. In order to solve this problem, the following suggestions are put forward: (1) Primary and secondary schools should strengthen the implementation of the national concept of "ensuring the physical activity of primary and middle school students every day for one hour". Actively organize and carry out sports activities with the characteristics of our school. (2) establish a sound supervision and evaluation system of "big recess", establish supervision system from provincial, municipal, municipal and municipal educational and physical education bureaus, and carry out division of labor between schools and individuals, Third, teachers should be organized to study the excellent county and district case of "big recess", to study and carry on the innovation research to the sports activity seriously, and to create the characteristic sports activities of our school.
