小学城乡家校互动现状研究

【摘要】:儿童是家庭和国家的未来,儿童的教育问题一直备受关注。现代教育认为,家庭和学校应该协同一致,共同承担起教育儿童、促进儿童全面发展的重任,家校互动是二者相互配合的前提和基础。然而,当前我国小学家校互动仍然存在诸多问题,如:互动效率不高、互动过程中家长与教师的冲突也时有发生等。因此,如何改善家校互动、提高家长和教师的协同性成为本文研究的重点。本文主要分为四个部分:第一章主要阐述笔者的整体构思,通过整理国内外关于家校互动意义、内容、形式及策略的研究,为读者展现当前家校互动研究的领域和深度。第二章着重探讨了家校互动的相关理论,在对“互动”和“家校互动”进行概念界定的基础上,分别从家校互动的目的、基本类型、形式、内容选择进行阐述,以期为下一步的研究提供理论基础。第三章结合上述理论,选择数十所小学里的教师和学生家长进行了家校互动现状的问卷调查。梳理并分析了人们对家校互动的必要性、目的与内容、深度与形式、效果与冲突四个方面的有关问题,知晓我国小学城乡家校互动现状,为明确问题、提出策略提供事实依据。第四章基于问卷调查情况,笔者认为,当前家长和教师具备较高互动的意识,提高家校互动水平的重点措施已不再是宣传家校互动的重要性,而是要从实际着手,提高互动双方的家校互动能力、构建合理的家校互动模式、设立规范的家校互动保障体系。通过以上四部分,本文期望提高人们对家校互动的认识、促进家校互动朝着更好的方向发展,为深入推进当前我国的家校互动尽绵薄之力。
[Abstract]:Children are the future of the family and the country. Modern education holds that family and school should work together to educate children and promote their all-round development. The interaction between family and school is the premise and foundation of their cooperation. However, there are still many problems in the interaction between parents and teachers in primary schools, such as the inefficiency of interaction and the conflicts between parents and teachers in the process of interaction. Therefore, how to improve the interaction between parents and teachers becomes the focus of this paper. This paper is divided into four parts: the first chapter mainly describes the author's overall idea, through sorting out the domestic and foreign research on the significance, content, form and strategy of home-school interaction, to show readers the current field and depth of home-school interaction research. The second chapter focuses on the related theories of home-school interaction. On the basis of defining the concepts of "interaction" and "home-school interaction", the paper expounds the purpose, basic types, forms and contents of home-school interaction, respectively. In order to provide a theoretical basis for the next research. The third chapter selects teachers and parents in dozens of primary schools to conduct a questionnaire survey on the current situation of home-school interaction. This paper combs and analyzes the necessity, purpose and content, depth and form, effect and conflict of people's interaction with home and school, and knows the present situation of the interaction between home and school in primary schools in China, which provides a factual basis for making clear the problems and putting forward strategies. The fourth chapter is based on the questionnaire survey, the author believes that parents and teachers have a high awareness of interaction, the key measures to improve the level of home-school interaction is no longer to publicize the importance of home-school interaction, but to start from the actual. To improve the ability of home and school interaction between the two parties, to build a reasonable model of home and school interaction, and to set up a standardized system of home and school interaction security. Through the above four parts, this paper hopes to improve people's understanding of home-school interaction, promote the development of home-school interaction towards a better direction, and contribute to the further promotion of home-school interaction in our country.
