发挥校长培训基地作用,确保培训工作扎实有效

【摘要】：吉林省通化市东风小学校是一所具有50多年历史的老校,近年来,学校始终围绕"成长教育"这一办学理念,立足实际,狠抓落实,开展了卓有成效的基地校培训工作,完善了一系列培训体系,取得了一定的成果。以通化市东风小学校为例,探讨如何发挥校长培训基地作用。
[Abstract]:Dongfeng Primary School in Tonghua City, Jilin Province, is an old school with a history of more than 50 years. In recent years, the school has always focused on the idea of "growth education", based on reality, paid close attention to implementation, and carried out fruitful training work for base schools. A series of training systems have been perfected and some achievements have been made. Taking Dongfeng Primary School in Tonghua City as an example, this paper discusses how to give full play to the role of principal training base.
