靖边县农村小学校本课程开发现状及改进策略研究

【摘要】:伴随着新一轮基础教育课程改革规划纲要的实施,校本课程的开发得到了广大学者的重视。农村小学的校本课程^u发不但可以促进农村学生的身心发展,而且还可以促进农村学校形成自己的特色。然而,农村小学的校本课程开发还存在很多的问题,这些问题的存在严重制约了农村小学的校本课程开发进程和效果,对于这些问题的思考是本研究撰写的出发点。本研究以靖边县农村小学为研究对象,综合运用了问卷法和访谈法,主要从政策了解情况、专家指导情况、教师了解和参与校本课程开发的情况、教师开发校本课程的能力情况、校本课程的评价制度以及校本课程开发的经费保障情况六个维度对靖边县农村小学校本课程开发现状做了调研。通过调研发现,存在的主要问题有:一是校本课程开发的政策落实不力;二是缺乏校本课程开发的专业指导力量;三是教师参与校本课程开发的主动性偏低及能力不足;四是校本课程开发的质量不高;五是校本课程开发的条件建设滞后。针对靖边县农村小学校本课程开发存在的问题,在已有的研究成果和新的调研基础上进行原因分析,本研究尝试性地提出了改进靖边县农村小学校本课程开发的策略:提高认识,完善和落实校本课程开发政策;健全校本课程开发的指导交流机制;健全动力机制,提高教师开发校本课程的主动性;加强学习培训,强化教师开发校本课程的能力建设;健全评价机制,保证校本课程开发质量以及充分利用适合自身的课程资源,努力获取经费支持。期望本研究可以为靖边县农村小学的校本课程开发提供理论和实践方面的参考,进一步地促进靖边县农村小学校本课程的开发。
[Abstract]:With the implementation of a new round of basic education curriculum reform program, the development of school-based curriculum has been paid more and more attention by many scholars. School-based curriculum in rural primary schools can not only promote the physical and mental development of rural students, but also promote rural schools to form their own characteristics. However, there are still many problems in the development of school-based curriculum in rural primary schools. The existence of these problems seriously restricts the process and effect of school-based curriculum development in rural primary schools, and the thinking of these problems is the starting point of this study. This research takes the rural primary school in Jingbian County as the research object, uses the questionnaire method and the interview method synthetically, mainly from the policy understanding situation, the expert guidance situation, the teacher understands and participates in the school-based curriculum development situation, The situation of teachers' ability to develop school-based curriculum, the evaluation system of school-based curriculum and the financial guarantee of school-based curriculum development have made a survey on the current situation of school-based curriculum development in rural primary schools in Jingbian County. The main problems are as follows: first, the policy implementation of school-based curriculum development is not effective; the second is the lack of professional guidance for school-based curriculum development; the third is the low initiative and insufficient ability of teachers to participate in school-based curriculum development; Fourth, the quality of school-based curriculum development is not high; fifth, the condition construction of school-based curriculum development lags behind. In view of the problems existing in the curriculum development of rural primary schools in Jingbian County, this paper analyzes the reasons on the basis of the existing research results and new investigation. This study attempts to put forward the strategies to improve the curriculum development of rural primary schools in Jingbian County: raising awareness, perfecting and implementing the policy of school-based curriculum development; Improve the guiding and communicating mechanism of school-based curriculum development, improve the dynamic mechanism, enhance the initiative of teachers to develop school-based curriculum, strengthen learning and training, strengthen the capacity-building of teachers to develop school-based curriculum; Improve the evaluation mechanism, ensure the quality of school-based curriculum development, make full use of the curriculum resources suitable for themselves, and strive to obtain financial support. It is expected that this study can provide theoretical and practical references for the development of school-based curriculum in rural primary schools in Jingbian County, and further promote the development of school-based curriculum in rural primary schools in Jingbian County.
