走务实高效的特色校本教研之路

【摘要】：正校本教研既是教师的行为,也是学校的重要活动之一。多年来,我校本着"以科研促教研、以教研促教学"的指导思想,从校情实际出发,全面构建校本教研体系,坚持走特色内涵发展之路。一、健全组织体系,加强校本教研管理一是实施校本教研网络化管理。我们构建了校长室、教科室、课题组、教师,校长室、教务处、教研组、教师,校长室、分管年级主任、年级组、教师"三纵四横"网络体系。二是实行有任务、有评比、有
