朱熹德育思想的当代价值——基于小学德育过程变革的审视

【摘要】:朱熹的德育思想集中反映在他的著作《小学》中。《小学》重视知行合一,遵循儿童品德发展的规律,注重运用各种隐性德育资源对幼儿实行道德教育,具有很强的实践性与实效性。反观当今小学德育,僵化的"宣教式"的德育模式,忽视了学生的主体性和道德实践活动,未能遵循学生品德发展的规律,这些现状导致小学德育低效。我们要借鉴经典,做到古为今用。《小学》给我们诸多启示:在小学德育过程中,我们应循序渐进,尊重学生的主体性,晓之以理,动之以情,立足于生活对学生进行道德教育。
[Abstract]:Zhu Xi's thought of moral education is mainly reflected in his book Primary School. Primary school attaches great importance to the unity of knowledge and practice, follows the law of children's moral development, and pays attention to the use of various hidden moral education resources to carry out moral education for young children, which has strong practicality and effectiveness. On the other hand, today's primary school moral education, rigid "propaganda" moral education model, neglects the students' subjectivity and moral practice activities, and fails to follow the law of students' moral development, which leads to the inefficiency of primary school moral education. We should draw lessons from the classics and make the ancient serve the present. Primary school gives us a lot of enlightenment: in the process of moral education in primary school, we should gradually respect the subjectivity of students, be reasonable, be emotional, and carry on moral education to students based on life.
