教师课堂反馈语对小学生英语学习动机的影响

  在英语学习过程中,学习者必须具有一定的学习欲望,从主观上获取动机,才能使整个学习过程更加有效。因此,动机在整个学习过程中都具有非常重要的作用。影响动机的因素研究比较多,但近年来,教师课堂反馈语是如何影响学习者动机引起了研究者的广泛关注。本文旨在通过对小学高年级英语教师课堂反馈语的观察,从而归纳总结教师反馈语的类型及特点,进而分析出教师课堂反馈语对小学生英语学习动机的影响,即教师反馈语对学习者兴趣、自我价值感、目标定向的影响。本文以调查问卷为主,课堂观察为辅,对绵阳市安昌路小学四年级,六年级的272名学生和4名老师进行了为期一学期的问卷调查以及课堂观察,从中选取了10节真实的英语课堂进行分析,结果显示:小学英语教师课堂反馈语存在下列特点:首先,教师课堂反馈语目标的单一性,即教师注重对学生个体给予反馈,忽视对学习小组给予反馈;教师将课堂反馈语作为创建轻松气氛的主要方式;即时反馈频率高。其次,研究表明小学英语教师反馈语具有多种类型,其中,报偿反馈语(reward feedback)是小学英语教师课堂反馈语最主要的类型。最后,研究者提出了一些有利于学生学习动机发展的反馈方式及建议,如多使用积极...
