【摘要】:在人类社会的发展中,有一个不可或缺的重要因素——亲密的人际关系,这是来满足人类需求和安全的。鲍尔贝提出的依恋理论一直是研究人际关系功能的最有影响力的框架。鲍尔贝认为个人的早期主要的照养经历是他后续成人依恋关系模式(如何看待自己和他人)发展的基础。而共情能力能保障、获得和维持良好的人际关系。由此看来,依恋和共情都是人际关系中的重要成分。所以本人认为依恋和共情之间存在一定的关系。因此,本文先调查了不同依恋类型的大学生的共情能力,再使用认知启动检验依恋回避/焦虑的个体在共情观点采择上的变化。研究一通过对563名来自南昌、桂林、景德镇三地的大学生,进行问卷调查,初步收到了依恋和共情量表的数据。将问卷数据输入统计软件进行分析。结果发现,依恋迷恋型的个体的共情分数显著高于其他三种类型。而且高的依恋焦虑得分与个人痛苦是正相关的,这与国内外学者之前的研究结果是一致的。研究二中包含了两个实验,每个实验中都有一个安全依恋启动和积极情绪启动。在这里共有159位同学参加后续实验。本研究二试图通过呈现给被试不同的启动来检验这种启动的效果,以共情观点采择因子分的前后测变化为因变量。实验结果发现,只有实验一中的“问题解决”安全依恋启动发生了作用,被试报告出更高的观点采择分数。最后进行的后续分析,发现了安全依恋的认知启动能够改善大多数被试的积极情绪,但对高依恋焦虑个体的情绪会起到一个不利的影响。所以对高依恋焦虑的个体使用此种认知启动或想象训练,需要甄别考虑。
[Abstract]:In the development of human society, there is an indispensable important factor-intimate interpersonal relationship. This is to meet human needs and security. Balbe's attachment theory has always been the most influential framework for studying the function of human relationships. Ballbe believes that his early primary parenting experience is his subsequent adult attachment. Relational patterns (. How to view yourself and others) the basis of development. And empathy can be guaranteed. From this point of view, attachment and empathy are important components of interpersonal relationships. Therefore, I think there is a certain relationship between attachment and empathy. This paper first investigated the empathy ability of college students with different attachment types, and then used cognitive priming test to test the changes of empathy point of view taken by attachment avoidance / anxiety individuals. In the first study, 563 students from Nanchang were studied. Guilin, Jingdezhen three places of college students, conducted a questionnaire survey, initially received the attachment and empathy scale data. The questionnaire data into the statistical software for analysis. The empathy scores of attachment type individuals were significantly higher than those of the other three types, and high attachment anxiety scores were positively correlated with personal pain. This is consistent with previous studies by domestic and foreign scholars. Study 2 contains two experiments. In each experiment, there was a safe attachment priming and a positive emotional priming. 159 students participated in the follow-up experiment. The second study attempted to test the effect of this priming by presenting different priming to the subjects. The experimental results show that only the "problem-solving" safety attachment priming in the first experiment is effective. Participants reported a higher score of opinion taking. A follow-up analysis showed that cognitive activation of safe attachment could improve the positive emotions of most participants. However, it has a negative effect on the emotion of the individuals with high attachment anxiety. Therefore, the cognitive initiation or imagination training of the individuals with high attachment anxiety needs to be considered.
