大学生心理健康状况调查与分析——以上海高校为例

【摘要】：调查发现,大学生心理健康现状总体较乐观,不同年级、生源地学生的心理健康水平存在差异,对于高校心理健康教育持有不同态度。进一步加强大学生心理健康教育工作,要走进大学生生活;加强心理委员制等朋辈辅导,构建积极有效的同伴互助网络;加强资源整合,构建大学生心理健康教育的社会协同体系。
[Abstract]:The investigation shows that the present situation of college students' mental health is generally optimistic, the level of mental health of students in different grades and places of origin is different, and they hold different attitudes towards the mental health education of colleges and universities, and further strengthen the work of psychological health education of college students. It is necessary to step into college students' life, strengthen peer counseling such as psychological committee system, construct active and effective peer mutual aid network, strengthen resource integration, and construct social coordination system of psychological health education for college students.
