大学生社会支持与手机依赖的关系:社会适应的中介作用

【摘要】：为考察大学生手机依赖、社会支持和社会适应的关系,以大学生为研究对象,采用大学生手机成瘾倾向量表、青少年社会支持量表和大学生社会适应量表对442名大学生进行测量。结果表明:(1)手机依赖的部分因子在性别、是否恋爱和生源地等人口学变量上有显著性差异;(2)低手机依赖者的社会支持和社会适应水平显著高于高手机依赖者;(3)手机依赖与社会支持、社会适应能力均存在显著负相关,社会支持和社会适应能力对手机依赖具有显著负向预测;(4)社会适应能力在社会支持与手机依赖中起到中介作用。因此,可以通过改善大学生的社会支持和社会适应能力来改善大学生的手机依赖状况。
[Abstract]:In order to investigate the relationship among mobile phone dependence, social support and social adaptation of college students, the mobile phone addiction tendency scale of college students was used.The Social support scale for adolescents and the Social adaptation scale for College students were used to measure 442 college students.The results showed that part of the cell phone dependence factor was gender.(2) the social support and social adaptation level of low mobile phone dependent persons was significantly higher than that of high mobile phone dependent persons, and there was a significant negative correlation between mobile phone dependence and social support.Social support and social adaptation have a significant negative prediction of mobile phone dependence. (4) Social adaptation plays an intermediary role in social support and mobile phone dependence.Therefore, the cell phone dependence of college students can be improved by improving their social support and social adaptability.
