实训课程翻转课堂小组合作学习策略探究

【摘要】:在实训课程的翻转课堂教学实践中,合作学习是提高课堂教学效果的有效手段,但是在教学实践中发现合作学习中有搭便车和保守现象发生,影响了合作学习成效。文章分析了合作学习中的囚徒困境现象,以《平面动画制作实训课程》为例,从教学内容设计、分组、教学实施及教学评价四个方面作了具体探讨。以囚徒困境为理论基础设计的合作学习策略,能提高课堂合作学习效率,促进翻转课堂的高效开展。
[Abstract]:In practice, cooperative learning is an effective means to improve the effect of classroom teaching. However, in teaching practice, it is found that there are free riders and conservative phenomena in cooperative learning, which affect the effectiveness of cooperative learning. This paper analyzes the phenomenon of prisoners' dilemma in cooperative learning, taking the practical training course of making plane Animation as an example, discusses concretely from four aspects of teaching content design, grouping, teaching implementation and teaching evaluation. The cooperative learning strategy based on prisoners' Dilemma can improve the efficiency of classroom cooperative learning and promote the efficient development of flipped classroom.
