图变:现代远程教育与公共服务体系——2015年远程教育公共服务体系高峰论坛综述

【摘要】：远程教育公共服务体系已成为我国现代远程教育发展当中重要的推力,并已清晰展示了其在未来教育改革当中可能发挥的独特作用与潜在能力。随着社会、经济与信息技术的发展,随着教育领域综合改革的深化,尤其是自《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010-2020年)》颁布实施以来,我国远程教育面临很多新的挑战与机遇,相应的,远程教育公共服务体系发展也需要"图变"。为了廓清并深入探讨"图变"所应当适应的新需求、需要解决的新问题,以及亟待开展的创新探索,2015年1月8日,奥鹏教育研究院与《中国远程教育》杂志社在深圳联合举办了"图变:现代远程教育与公共服务体系"高峰论坛。这次论坛以"图变"为主题,邀请国内外相关领域的知名专家学者和业内人士结合各自的研究与实践成果,从不同的学术视角,分享研究与实践的最新成果,针对远程教育以及公共服务体系改革和发展所涉及的较深层次的问题发表创见,梳理有待于在实践中探索和研究的课题。国家开放大学副校长、《中国远程教育》主编严冰做了总结发言。现将论坛内容梳理综述如下,希望相关课题得到各方面更多的关注。
[Abstract]:The public service system of distance education has become an important thrust in the development of Modern Distance Education in China. It has clearly demonstrated its unique role and potential ability in the future education reform. With the development of the society, economy and information technology, with the deepening of the comprehensive reform in the field of education, especially in the middle and long term of the country. Since the program of education reform and development (2010-2020 years) has been promulgated and implemented, distance education in China is facing many new challenges and opportunities. Accordingly, the development of the public service system of distance education needs to be changed. In order to clarify and discuss the new needs that should be adapted to the "map change", the new problems that need to be solved, and the innovation that need to be carried out urgently. In January 8, 2015, the orpeng Institute of education and the China Distance Education and magazine jointly organized the summit of "map change: Modern Distance Education and public service system" in Shenzhen. This forum, with the theme of "map change", invites well-known experts from domestic and foreign related fields and industry personages to combine their research and practice results. In different academic perspectives and sharing the latest achievements in research and practice, the author makes a summary of the deeper issues involved in distance education and the reform and development of the public service system, and combs the subject to be explored and studied in practice. The vice president of the state Open University, China's remote education and editor in chief Yan made a summary statement. The contents of the forum are summarized as follows: we hope that relevant topics will receive more attention from all sides.
