批判与重建:基于文化哲学的教师职业生活研究

【摘要】:从文化哲学的视角来看,教师职业生活属于非日常生活。受传统文化的影响,我国传统教师缺乏主体自由,其职业生活呈现出异化的状态:以重复性思维与重复性实践为主的自在的活动方式,以习俗、经验、常识等为主的经验主义的活动图式。重建教师职业生活,实现教师职业生活的诗化,要建立文化启蒙的机制、健全的规范制度和教师反思的机制。
[Abstract]:From the perspective of cultural philosophy, teachers' professional life belongs to non-daily life. Under the influence of traditional culture, the traditional teachers in our country lack the freedom of subject, and their professional life is dissimilated: a comfortable way of activities with repetitive thinking and repetitive practice, custom, experience, etc. An empiricist activity schema, such as common sense. In order to reconstruct teachers' professional life and to realize the poetics of teachers' professional life, it is necessary to establish a mechanism of cultural enlightenment, a sound standard system and a mechanism of teachers' reflection.
