【摘要】：正在历史发展的演变中,教育一直是人类亘古不变的重要话题。教育弟子、培养人才,不单要求教育者具有伯乐识马的慧眼,更讲究识才之后的进一步调教。木头是否可雕成艺术品,在于木头本身的资质,更在于匠者是否能妙手生花。《现代教育管理哲学》一书恰好为此提供了理论和实践依据。该书阐述了现代教育管理的本质和规律、教育管理哲学的基本矛盾、现代教育管理系统及教育文化、教育管理
[Abstract]:In the evolution of history, education has always been an important topic for mankind. Educating disciples and cultivating talents not only requires educators to have the wisdom of knowing horses, but also the further training after knowledge. Whether wood can be carved into a work of art depends on the quality of the wood itself, and more on whether the craftsman can make flowers by hand. The book philosophy of Modern Educational Management provides a theoretical and practical basis for this. The book expounds the essence and law of modern educational management, the basic contradiction of educational management philosophy, the modern educational management system and educational culture, and educational management.
