新课程背景下教学自主权的内涵及实现

【摘要】:教学自主权是指教师对教学活动所包含的诸多要素施加的影响和控制。它主要包括教学目标调试权、教学内容选择权、教学方法确定权、教学过程调控权和教学效果评价权等,教师教学自主权的实现影响着学校课程改革的深度与广度。教师教学自主权的实现:需要提升教师教学自主意识;提高教师教学自主能力;赋权增能;营造教师合作文化。
[Abstract]:Teaching autonomy refers to the influence and control that teachers exert on many elements of teaching activities. It mainly includes the right to debug teaching objectives, the right to choose teaching content, the right to determine teaching methods, the right to control teaching process and the right to evaluate teaching effect. The realization of teachers' autonomy in teaching affects the depth and breadth of the reform of school curriculum. The realization of teachers' autonomy in teaching should enhance teachers' consciousness of teaching autonomy, improve teachers' ability of teaching autonomy, empower and enhance ability, and build a culture of teachers' cooperation.
