学校改革的伦敦挑战及其启示

【摘要】:"在许多城市中存在着有效课堂——‘标杆’学校,甚至是这样一类学校的学校群——但是,任何这样一类成功的模式如果拓展到整个区域范围就很少再有同样的样板了。"在全球教育改革运动、环太平洋成功体系以及"道德驱动改善"等教育改革之后,伦敦开始思考并实践如何将学校改革形成规模这一富有挑战性的问题:即在国家、地区和学校三个垂直协同的框架里同时在整个地区采用一揽子的计划,进行政策干预,推动教育改革发展,达到规模化改善之目的。此种方法是否可以效仿,地区改善是否可以持续,则需要时间去加以证实。

After the global education reform movement, the Pacific Rim success system and the "ethically driven improvement" education reforms, London began to think about and practice the challenging question of how to scale school reform: in the country, In the framework of the three vertical coordination of district and school, the whole area adopts a package plan simultaneously, carries on the policy intervention, promotes the education reform and the development, achieves the goal of large-scale improvement. Whether this approach can be replicated and whether regional improvements are sustainable will take time to prove.
