教育改革的成败与好坏

【摘要】：正什么是成功的教育改革?这是中国政府和广大民众都十分关心的问题。成功的教育改革就是好的教育改革吗?评价教育改革是否成功,首先要明确"教育改革"不同于"教育发展"。"教育改革"是人们有意识、有目的地改造旧的、不合时宜的教育(包括旧的教育思想方法、体制制度等)的一种实践活动。刘道玉教授曾指出:"发展和改革的区别在哪里?发展就是在原来的基础上,在原来的规模上向前推进;改革的本质是针对原有存在的问题,以新的思想、新的体制、新的制度、新的方法代替旧的思想、旧的体制、旧的制度、旧的方法,这才叫改革。"如此看来,一些教育
