城市义务教育家长满意度影响因素研究——基于Ordered Logit回归模型的分析

【摘要】:家长满意度是指家长将自己接受教育服务后的实际感知与自己的期望进行比较,得出的一种对教育服务能否满足自身需求的主观评价,它日益成为教育评价的重要标准之一。通过珠三角地区中小学的实证调查,从政府、学校、教师教育服务的分类视角,运用Ordered Logit模型分析了家庭因素、自然因素、学校因素对家长教育满意度差异产生的影响。研究结果表明个人因素、自然因素、学校因素对政府、学校、教师教育服务满意度均有显著影响。在未来提升城市义务教育家长教育满意度的工作进程中,应努力保障随迁子女享受优质教育;合理划分学区,优化学校布局;缩小校际办学差距,提高家校沟通效果。
[Abstract]:Parents' satisfaction is a subjective evaluation of whether educational service can meet their own needs, and it is becoming one of the important standards of educational evaluation by comparing their actual perception after receiving education service with their own expectations. Through the empirical investigation of primary and secondary schools in the Pearl River Delta region, from the perspective of the classification of government, school and teacher education service, this paper analyzes the influence of family factors, natural factors and school factors on parents' educational satisfaction from the perspective of the classification of government, school and teacher education services. The results show that personal factor, natural factor and school factor have significant influence on the satisfaction of government, school and teacher education service. In the process of improving the satisfaction degree of parents' education in urban compulsory education in the future, we should make great efforts to ensure the children with moving to enjoy the high quality education, divide the school district rationally, optimize the school layout, narrow the gap between schools, and improve the effect of home-school communication.
