自闭症康复教育机构师资困境的对策建议

【摘要】:自闭症儿童教育与康复是我国特殊教育事业中的新兴课题。随着特殊教育零拒绝理念的推行,有需求的自闭症儿童增多,使特殊教育学校原有的教育教学目标和计划难以实施,师资严重不足成为当前教育困境中的核心问题。本文试图通过分析自闭症教育师资困境的现状,分别从自闭症教育工作者及社会相关群体的角度提出相应的对策建议。
[Abstract]:The education and rehabilitation of autistic children is a new topic in China's special education. With the implementation of the concept of zero rejection in special education, the number of autistic children with needs increases, which makes it difficult to carry out the original teaching goals and plans of special education schools, and the serious shortage of teachers has become the core problem in the current educational dilemma. This paper attempts to analyze the current situation of autism education teachers' plight and put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from the perspective of autistic educators and social related groups.
